Rancho & upland are the best in my area. The Ontario little Caesars Pizza place has attitude & stopped going there even though it around the corner from my house!! I go to rancho or upland now. Never attitudes @ these two establishments!Parking: A huge lot & plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Hold the doors open for the handicap

People aren't too overly friendly, nor do they seem to particularly care much about anything except getting their job done. They never have a negative attitude, so all in all they create a pleasant experience, and you get what you paid for.

Waited 10 minutes in line just to pick up my pizza that was sitting. They don't use the order online pickup kiosks.Attending to customers in line, especially when there are 5 of us waiting should be your top priority.

Pizza wings and crazy bread we're all good. Service was friendly and prompt. Better to call your order in before going in to pick up. Seems as this location is pretty busy and seems to be understaffed so walking in can be a wait time. But, even that wasn't overly long. Of course like anywhere else (Papa Johns or Piarra) if you want a specialty pizza the wait will be longer.

This used to be my favorite Little Caesars. Now? They've screwed up my order so many times in the past year that I now drive 15 minutes out of the way to Rochester and Foothill instead. The only reason this location gets 2 stars and not 1, is that the store was relatively clean and the staff was friendly and attentive. But it hardly matters if the food is poorly prepared.

Little Caesars is cheap, I get it. But c'mon!I ordered through the mobile app and picked up my two pizzas within 30 minutes. I grabbed my pizzas and took off home. When I opened the pizza box I was pretty upset at how our cheese pizza was made. A good portion of the crust overly big and the inner part of the pizza was so small. I went back to complain and the young girl said "Oh, it's like that because we put a ring on it."I began to tell her that is a ridiculous statement and I never had a pizza look like that. I then talked to a young man that worked there and he agreed to make me another pizza. I don't think I'll be back. The owner(s) definitely need to work on their quality of pizza and employees. How can they let pizzas go out of their shop that look like this?

I write this review every week on their web site, but after nearly 6 weeks, no one has replied or even sent something that said it was read by anyone, let alone any solution or apology. Very frustrating!! My son is here visiting and texted me to ask if I would pick up some crazy bread at Little Caesars in Rancho. I said, of course, but when I got there, there was NO menu anywhere, and nothing that said anything about crazy bread. The counter guy could tell that I had never been there - and when I asked if they had Crazy bread, he said sure and pulled two out of the warmer. I still had no idea what they were, or how much they were!! I guess this place is only for younger people who do everything online, but as a 75 yr old, I was less than impressed!! It turns out that my son wanted STUFFED crazy bread, but there was no menu or way to see what was even offered. Had I seen it, I would have asked if there was more than one, and i would have thought that the counter guy might have mentioned it since he could tell that I had never been there. I mean, how hard could it be to have a menu and prices that people can see?? Old people eat too you know!! Instead of finding a new place to get food, I found one that I will never go to again!! I wrote in the same day, and that was two weeks ago. I still have not had any answer or apology or even a message that someone saw the review.

No bench for me to sit, handicap, waiting.In the past I've ordered 50/50Pepperoni/ Canadian bacon pineapple extra cheese. Yummy.Last week I wanted to treat me and grandson.Without being asked..... I was given 2 Square pizzas. Pineapple and bacon chopped up into little pieces NOT worth buying, pepperoni has changed, sad.Overall, pepperoni undercooked and doughy, my grandson Would not finish his pizza or take home leftovers.What an attrocity.Now I was hungry regardless, I ate some of both.I ended up in the hospital, intestinal blockage. I'm still here.This was an expensive pizza.Lil Caesars, what the heck! What are you doing? RUINING a good pizza place.The gal with the orange was nice but she should have asked me what I preferred a round or square.Lil Caesars.... STOP IT!
