Ordered wings, crazy puffs, and pretzel stuffed crust online order. Wings mid, crazy puffs over cooked and dry pretzel pizza didn't look anything like what they advertise, and didn't taste like pretzel crust at all. When picking up the order wasn't in the portal even though it said it was, had to wait for casher to help us which took a good minute. Won't be coming back to this spot.... Bad experience overall. Will be contacting corporate about this location.

Extremely slow, everyone’s orders for pick up were either missing something or wrong. People don’t know how to read and see their names on the pick up here area. Girl at the counter helped me quickly but said it would be 15min just for breadsticks. Do not recommend this location, and will not return. Small parking lot but plenty of parking lot. Many people standing inside waiting

To be clear, for the price, the food is worth that. Not saying it's the best, but if you are on a budget it's a good deal. I use the T-Mobile deal that includes free crazy bread.I'll add Oregano or Garlic Herb & Blk Pepper seasoning salt, for the crust I'll use Basil Pesto and it comes out pretty good!When I reheat the pizza I'll do the Pan method, it comes out better.I'll order either- Pepperoni Lovers- 3 meat

Pizza is good value, but service is almost non-existent. Either understaffed and overworked or staff doesn't care.
It took over 40min to get two pizzas, one of them pepperoni (should be already made) and there was hardly any traffic. Why?

I gave 1 star because I placed an order on 5/31/23 from your store address 7387 village parkway Dublin CA 94568. I received my order and was disappointed because our pizza was smashed and all the toppings came off. I contacted your customer services 3 times but all I get was it was been escalated. This is the worst services I ever encountered. I don't understand how long do I have to wait for my refunds? It's been almost a month now I'm still waiting. It seems nobody care about my issue. With this outcome I don't think I'm gonna order anymore nor recommend your company to anyone I know. Horrible overall!!
