The place is great. The kids are amazing workers. The management sucks! They don't know how to manage work schedules. They don't communicate well. Often mangers fighting with mangers. They are unwilling to teach new to working persons aka high school/college kids how to work in a business. It's beyond pathetic! They expect everything at a drop of a hat for 2 hrs a week pay for a fresh out of high schooler! How will they get faster and better if you don't take a chance on them? Management needs to grow up stop hiring people. 72 employees at this 1 location! Then they wonder why no on wants to work. You arnt valuing them.

Went in drive thru, placed my order and when I got to the window they forgot to put myMedium fries on my order. I asked the lady at the window can she please add it and I will pay, but then she told me I have to go back into line. What a joke!

I tried the new crispy chicken whatever it was last night. The worst service ever McDonald’s is getting real tacky with their services. I don’t think I will be ordering from McDonald’s in a while.

Don’t come to this mcdonalds. I order my food before 11am. Then I start driving to pick up my food, they told me they refund my order and stop serving the breakfast 3 mins ago. But i didnt receive any notification. If you don’t want same thing happen to you, you better go to the branch that you believe can serve you well.

The attention of the managers is terrible, they treat people in a bad way, especially if we are Latin, the manager or managers serve with bad looks and with a very unpleasant treatment, especially the dark-skinned man is the rudest thing that could have been given to him. I don't like them coming into the store.

I and 5 other cars were parked while they were handing out food with all the cars that was coming through drive through and when I went in to question it. I got disrespected and my food was handed to me cold. I was very upset. I explained to the manager the way I Felt And he allowed his employees to continue to disrespectme instead of saying something to them. I felt like it was very unprofessional. I will not return.Parking: The numbers for the parking were very Complicating.

Consistently the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I've ordered an egg McMuffin and have choked on egg shell, so I can at least assume the eggs are fresh. If you use the drive through be prepared to have to park, wait 15 minutes, then go in for your food because they won't bring it out to you.

If you want the wrong order or missing items each time you go, this is your spot. Went on 1/24 around 520pm. Order was taken quick through drive thru and paid. Then was told to park in spot #4. Waited a little and the guy came out and asked what I had. I told him my order and he said everything was there.Well he was right besides the happy meal. It was to loud outside due to a tree trimming service cutting the palm trees so I couldn't get his attention. So I then go inside to get the happy meal. Before I go in the company trimming the trees was cutting the trees by the front doors to enter with no caution or cones to keep people from getting close or under what he was trimming with his chainsaw. Pretty unsafe if you ask me. The guy that helped me correct my order was plain clothes and I didn't know he was the employee until he asked what was wrong. He then went back behind the counter and called out my order and helped gather the order. From reading other reviews he might have been the manager. But I wouldn't know due to not being in uniform. We live right down the road from this location and won't be back as it's never right anytime we come.

Tonight going through the drive thru at 8-815 pm.. I am not happy with the poor service at this location the worker at the second window with the blue shirt and hairy arms was very rude! He asked what our order was and when my partner replied with the number orders on the menu the worker says "WHAT?" As if he was speaking alien or something... all The fries in our orders were turned upside-down. This experience sucked.

I've ordered from here with Uber Eats yesterday and I can't believe that I was missing multiple items. I decided to give McDonalds a chance after 6 years of not buying from any McDonald for this very reason and yet they're still screwing up orders even in different cities I've been in. I have experience with McDonalds for I have worked with McDonalds in Drive-thru cashier and kitchen for roughly 2 years and I got rejected from this Horrible place I wonder why. But oh well I'm never and I mean ever recommending this place specifically and any McDonalds to anyone ever again and for I will never eat this food again.
