It's not the same as the previous owners. Two of my main ingredients were gone--like the avacado, and the sweet mango.

This is not the same place that it used to be, now it’s Rancho Chicken trying to also do sushi. Overly expensive poke bowl with limited options. They don’t even make it in front of you, it’s made in the back and brought out. No shrimp? The “white rice” is more like long grain rice they use with their “Rancho Chicken”, it’s not sticky rice. No sushi rice at all. Portions are small, doesn’t taste good, and way too expensive. Not going back.

i'm not sure if the menu on uber eats is the same as the restaurant but i'd first like to start out with the fact that ordering on uber eats has NON of the *go to* poke toppings! No seaweed salad, no masago, no avocado, no edamame, no onion etc... Aside for that THE RICE WAS HORRIBLE! The rice tastes like it was left in the refrigerator for a day or two. If you're a big poke fan I promise you this place is a disappointment :/

$20 for a poke bowl with very little options. Rice is mushy and fish isn't very fresh. Plus they made my bowl in the back which was weird. This place used to be good nor sure what happened

4 large poke bowls were delivered to our hotel. This was the most expensive poke bowl, and also the WORST poke bowl I've ever had. Enough said.

I hate to write this but if I was the Owner I would want to know. It's very obvious that poke is not their priority. It's my daughter's favorite and I was so excited to take her and it was so disappointing. Barely any fish in my bowl, charged me $1 for avocado and it was so hard and not ripe. Took forever and made in the back, did not like that at all, should of been made in front of me so I can see what was going on and see if I wanted to pay $40 for 2 very disappointing poke bowls. Not sure I'll be back nor to try the Rancho's chicken operation they have going on.

I would recommend the owner start reading these recent reviews and start making changes as the poke portion of this restaurant will probably have to be cut out since the quality of the poke has gone down SEVERELY. They now make the bowls in the back and not in front of you. So you can't really tell if they are putting the correct portions and you surely can't ask them to add more of a veggie if you thought they didn't put enough. As you don't know how much their putting in it since they don't do it in front of you anymore. I ordered a 4 scoop poke bowl, in the menu it says it is $14 but I was charge $17. After adding the Avocado, taxes and 15% tip. I paid $19.58. The scoops of the crab and tuna did not seem adequate. It appeared as if I was given only 2. They have sticky rice as an option in the menu but I was told they don't offer it anymore. So I got white rice, which seemed to be what the whole bowl consisted of. So to break it down: They add way to much rice "to make the bowl seem bigger" Veggie scoops are not given in the right portions. They don't put enough sauce They cut the scoops of the tuna etc.

Used to come here often but very disappointed with the changes they have made. I understand inflation however when a large bowl went from $12 to $20 in a 2 years that is ridiculous. The size of the bowl seems smaller than what it was before and the scoops even smaller. They used to prepare the bowls in front of you, however now they don't. With a large you get 6 scoops but it looks like the same amount as 4 scoops. If your fine paying the high price then it is a good bowl, however I recommend you look around since it does seems like a high price compared to other places.

Do not go here for poke. I'm not sure about the chicken they are now doing. The poke was like 20 for a large bowl the was so small. Portions are tiny, I asked for sushi rice they gave me brown rice. I used to love this place like 3 years ago. Now they are just confused about what direction they are going. They make everything in the back which I've never seen a poke place do. If you're going to do chicken then just shut down the poke side. There is a really good place on 19th and Carnelian that is way better.

Way over priced not many selections! Literally have like 3 businesses in there. Açaí bowls, fried chicken and poke. Maybe just stick to one, because when it's 3 everything starts to lose its integrity. Maybe that's why there aren't many poke choices, because the focus was taken off that menu and they decided to add fried chicken. It just wasn't it for me.

Went in and the place was empty and had to wait 20 minutes when I called and place my order ahead of time and the food was not good ! Never again go to another poke place they are everywhere. This one stinks. Guy that took my order had an attitude to. Poor rating thumbs down.

Nope! This place took took a turd of a left turn. Raise the prices and short change the tuna? What a joke! When I questioned it the answer was "our portion sizes are smaller now, 1-1/2 oz's." Dude, there's like 8 pieces of tuna in the bowl. Good F-ing luck! I guess they want to transition to chicken so Off The Hook must be hitting the bottom of the dumpster. If that's the case, I think there is a KFC just down the road.!

The reviews are not wrong, please is good but the portions are VERY small. Everything is done in the back so you don't see the portions on your order before you leave- if you get it to go. You can see I literally only got 5 cubes of tuna for one of my proteins and a plate full of rice for $17+ (including tip, not the workers' fault). I ended up eating rice with seaweed two minutes in.

Not fresh at all. Tables are sticky, poke ingredients were warm, avocado was disgusting. Do not recommend.

First time back since they started doing their remodeling, I liked watching them make my poke bowl... they keep everything in the back now.. it kind of felt like there wasn't 4 scoops of tuna on my plate. My go to poke spot, still unmatched! I LOVE the Huna Tuna!!! With LOTS of Ponzu Sauce !!!!!! Fresh taste! Bright colors !
