This was our second time here . The first time being over three years. This time was way better. The food and the service were 10 out of 10. The bluefin tuna was my favorite. I loved it so much I came back a few days later for dinner. ?
I went with my wife and kids for my wife's birthday. This was our first time there and OMG did we make the right decision to go there! Everything from our experience here was perfect. Starting with the ambiance. We started with Shishito Peppers and the Spicy Crispy Scallops and they were both super good specially the scallops if you're not into spicy foods. We also ordered cocktails and our favorite was the Kemosabe but we also had the lychee martini and cherry blossom. They were also great. We then ordered 6 rolls that were to die for and finished the night with a couple of matcha cheese cakes. The service was right on point, our server was super nice and always with a smile. I must say that we have found our favorite sushi place. We will for sure come back. We had an amazing experience.

The sushi is the best we've found in Rancho. I got the Toro Takuan roll as well as the ribeye and mushroom skewers and they were all phenomenal. Someone else at my table got the Wagyu nigiri and it was buttery soft and flavorful. The unagi is the best I've ever had- just perfectly crispy on the skin. They served the sushi with the real wasabi on it which was a treat!

Came here for an omakase experience. The food portions were really large could only do like three- four plates but paid full price. Mostly the sushi chefs was really mean to the employee and it made us really anxious. Sushi not worth the violent

Kuwada has quickly become our favorite place for sushi. Bottom line, their sushi is fantastic, and their ambience, decor, and service all lend to an overall elevated dining experience. We will definitely be back. By the way, ask if you can be seated at one of JoJo's tables. She is friendly, outgoing, professional and provide exceptional service.

I ordered Salmon nigiri, bluefin toro topped with truffle seasoning, and the A5 wagyu beef and it was incredible. I was a little hesitant about the wagyu but it was extremely tender and just melted in my mouth! The salmon and toro were amazing as well and would give a 10/10 if I could. Ribeye skewer was very juicy and tender with great marination. Shoutout to server Christian for providing excellent service! The setting has a romantic/fancy vibe to it and would be great to bring your significant other!

Best sushi restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga. The sushi is so fresh and amazing. They're super friendly and will customize sushi requests for you. One complaint I've had for a while now, was the lack of a really nice sushi restaurant experience in Rancho Cucamonga. This places resolves that as the inside is clean and nicely appointed, with a fun vibe with upbeat R&B music playing. It is more expensive than most sushi restaurant's in the area, but we'll worth it.Parking: They have 4-5 spots reserved for the restaurant right out front.

I finally found the authentic Japanese restaurant with a great ambience close from my home. I have been looking for that for the longest time. Their fish are fresh and properly prepared/cut. Everything we ordered was tasty. It was also quiet enough to be able to carry the conversations across the table. But if you are looking for quantity of food rather than quality, you would not be happy here. Their portion size is a real Japanese portion, much smaller than regular American portion. (I personally love that, so I get to taste many different dishes.)

What a gem. The moment you walk in, you are filled with relaxing and intimate emotions. The vibe was definitely upscale (when I went at least). The food taste and presentation met the mark. And exceeded all expectations. Our server Jo Jo along with all her table assistants were very attentive. They worked well as a team to serve our needs. That alone, was a five star service. We will definitely be back. All tables were great sitting areas. But our favorite was the table by the tree. There's another private room that transports you straight to Japan. It's a minimum $800 spend and good for a big group of people. Something to consider if you want to celebrate a special celebration with friends and family. The drinks were very delicious and we will be back sooner rather than later. THANK YOU ALL for a delightful experience. Crispy rice was the best I've ever had btw! ; )
Very very delicious and fresh fish. Probably one of the best sushi places I have been too easily. The service was also superb and very friendly. The restaurant was nicely decorated as well. We will be back next time we are in Ontario!

What do almost empty nesters do on a Friday night? We have delicious date nights that end with dessert(s) KUWADA did not disappoint. Reviews are mixed on quality but we must have come on, "fresh fish delivery"' day because we absolutely loved the dishes we ordered. Our server Christian was so kind and friendly as were all of the wait staff during our dining experience. Food quality matched the price point IMO ... not an everyday kind of spot but a nice place for an intimate dinner for two. From start to finish we enjoyed KUWADA

Drove from Riverside to celebrate a birthday. Walking through the door, the ambiance is amazing. The dining area is comfortable and very welcoming. The service is on point. Absolutely zero complaints. The food was amazing. I apologize for not taking any photos but trust me, we ordered a lot and everything was delicious and fresh. I will definitely be coming back.
