Unfortunately this restaurant was very unfriendly and unpleasant. I ordered with my husband the usual steak for to go but unfortunately we had to wait 40 minutes and this is not even during peak hours. A black guy with a buzzcut who took our orders was not accommodating and was having a conversation to his coworkers while taking our orders and he punched the wrong items multiple times, I wished I got his name so the management can write him up

I had an incredible dining experience. Thanks to the exceptional service provided by Tanya. As a vegan, I often struggle to find suitable options on menus, but Tanya went above and beyond to ensure I had a variety of delicious vegan meals to choose from. Her knowledge of the menu and ingredients was impressive, and she made thoughtful recommendations that perfectly suited my preferences. Tanya's friendly and attentive approach made me feel valued as a customer, and her dedication to ensuring I had a fantastic dining experience truly stood out. I highly recommend this restaurant and especially commend Tanya for her outstanding service!"

If I could give negative starts I would. I experienced the worst service by a waiter tonight at Panini Kabob Grill. This is a place that I usually enjoy and thought it would be a great place to take my in laws for their anniversary. Well let me tell you it was a disappointment. The waiter seemed to not want to help us or take our order. He did not refill our drinks or asked if we needed anything else. Whenever we ordered something he would emphasize the price of the item insinuating that we would not be able to afford it. Please don't come here if you are looking for good customer service.

If you don't mind paying the $4 for a split charge to have two plates and an extra full side, be sure your server fully understands that. I've never had a problem in the past, and the server never asked for confirmation or clarification when I told him I wanted to SPLIT a panini with my daughter. I DO prefer to pay for that split versus getting one big entree and a tiny side plate to split everything up ourselves. I've probably eaten here on about five different occasions and have always been pleased with the quality of my meal. Food has always been nicely prepared, fresh, flavorful, and presented well. I just had an odd experience today, though. This time they did NOT split it, the server just brought a tiny extra plate and forgot the extra side we ordered. I told him about it, and some minutes later, he brought a side salad, (that looked smaller than what I had on my plate). I just asked if the server was still charging me for the split when they didn't actually split it for us. Server and manager were really weird about it, and turns out, yes, they will still charge you for something they didn't do. Because of previous experiences here, I hope it's just an oddity. I would definitely go back again. I do love the food there. It was just mildly disappointing. I don't think anyone likes to pay for a service they did not receive. Just be sure to clarify with your server if you want to do the same thing. I only recommend going when they're not busy--service is much better then--usually!

I have been dining here and ordering take out for awhile now. The food is delicious; however, this last time I ordered takeout their chicken kabob meat was half the size as before, their salads were much smaller and the price has increased so needless to say I was disappointed.Update: the manager compensated me with a chicken kabob with rice and vegetables, a side salad and a drink. I am happy that he understood and felt compelled to compensate. Thank you.

Carnivore Beware!... Tough call on this one. Not the cheapest place around. The gentleman watching the door did a great job putting us on the list keeping us up to date and even holding a table until we got back to take it. We hadn't been here before and it sounded perfect for my wife who loves Mediterranean. My son and I are currently doing carnivore diet... Meats only... so we figured this would be a great visit. A place that serves chunks of steak and chicken as their main course can't be all bad. Unfortunately, they don't seem to care what you eat, they just tell you to eat with the give you. Chicken was fabulous, but for 65 bucks for a small snack for my son and I and a chicken salad for my wife it was way too costly. The waitress had no apologies at all. We asked her if we could order 2 of the add-on sides of chicken they serve with the salad, but she told us they can only be sold with 2 more salads. Not sure if she was just telling it like it is or didn't have the customer service skills to be nicer about it. It was sad that we had to leave 75% of the our food on the table and head to the burger joint around the corner so we could order a pile of hamburger patties. Anyway, carnivore beware!

Too much of waiting time, so did a to-go, the avocado salad ordered on the side was not in the Togo bag. The meat kabob quantity and taste is less compared to the price of the food. The food quality was fine, as I didn’t get any issues in the next day.

My recent dining experience at the Panini Kabab Grill in Victoria Garden branch, March 2, 2024, left much to be desired and unfortunately ranks as one of the most disappointing encounters I've had with a restaurant. Despite our anticipation, our wait time of 30 minutes for a table was only the beginning of our troubles. We then endured an additional 55 minutes until at 8:45 pm, our food finally arrived, and what greeted us was nothing short of a culinary catastrophe. The meat was exceedingly tough, the rice arrived cold, and the vegetables remained woefully undercooked. With the restaurant's closing time looming at 9 pm, our hunger left us with little choice but to reluctantly consume the subpar meal. Upon receiving the check, I took a moment to express my dissatisfaction to our waiter, explaining the unfortunate circumstances of our hunger and the disappointing quality of the food. I was assured that our concerns would be conveyed to the manager. However, the manager approached, instead of addressing our concerns with empathy, she seemed more focused on questioning our decision not to send the food back. Despite our explanation of hunger and the prolonged wait, she persisted in suggesting we should have returned the meal, seemingly overlooking the impracticality of doing so given the circumstances. It was disheartening to feel dismissed, with our genuine feedback brushed aside as mere complaints aimed at securing a discount.Repeatedly, I emphasized that my intent was not to seek compensation but rather to provide honest feedback regarding the unsatisfactory experience. Unfortunately, the manager failed to acknowledge our disappointment or offer any form of apology for the disruption to our evening.Having traveled 15 miles to patronize this establishment, it pains me to conclude that I won't be returning. This experience has left me profoundly disappointed, and I hope that in the future, the restaurant management prioritizes customer satisfaction and addresses feedback with greater attentiveness and sincerity.
