I've had this place bookmarked FOREVER and finally was in the area, so I came in quickly to grab pretty much one of each item. Overall, everything was ok, I don't think I will visit again.

We have gone to Paris pasties with Mr.V for 4 years. My kids loved going there when we first moved. The food was amazing and they would fight over the salad, vanilla chai lattes and macaroons. Thank you for being a kind staple for us here in Rancho. Gracie and the boys say "thank you Mr. V"!! You will be missed.

We just discovered this gem about a week ago and everything we've tried has been incredible especially the Parisian sandwich, Vietnamese sandwich, quiche lorraine, quiche epinard & chevre, and opalys. We are deeply saddened that today was their last day open. This is a great loss to the community. This is a rare type of establishment. The baguettes were a superb balance of crisp and soft. The sandwich ingredient list seemed simple but somehow they elevated every aspect. I don't have much of a sweet tooth but their desserts, coffee, and tea had such depth of flavor and texture, and were beautifully presented. I hope the owners can share their wonderful food with the world again.

Sadly, today is the last day of service. So sad. Landlord priced them out of business. We will miss the family but wish them luck in retirement.

This is my farewell review to Paris Pastries as they are closing down forever tomorrow. To me, Paris Pastries was one of the places in Rancho that I don't think you could find anywhere else. The location, decor and food and drinks were all something to be very proud of. The owners are I believe a Vietnamese family that spoke fluent French and I saw them day-in and day-out making and taking orders, no one was too good to work or clean, everyone did their part. Another reason why I'm sad, I can't get a quiche lorraine in this town!! I asked the owner if he was moving and he said no, they're just closing forever due to the lease increasing (I've been hearing many businesses being forced to move due to ridiculous lease increases). Anyway, I visited today and they are still operating full force until tomorrow so if you read this and get a chance to stop by, please do so as you won't regret it.

I love the vibe of this cafe and the food was good too but the decorations inside the cafe is getting a bit old. There weren't a lot of choices of pasteries which is understandable since they are short staffed but over I had a not bad experience.

I was in search of a place that had Vietnamese sandwiches since I was craving some and this place popped up on multiple occasions. I decided to give it a chance. Their pastries looked really good too. While reading the yelp reviews, it was recommended that their cookies were really good as well as the Vietnanese sandwich along with their Vietnamese coffee. I drove out to Rancho and the place was quiet and pretty empty. Considering that it was later in the day and the rain was coming down, it made sense. Most of their patries were out so that's definitely a good sign that they're delicious. I ordered: Chocolate chip cookies Brownie Vietnamese Sandwich Vietnamese Coffee The chocolate chip was doughy and had melted chocolate in it. Super chewy and sweet. I wished it was less doughy and more chocolate chips. It was still a good soft cookie so I'd give it a 3.5/5 The brownie was a little hard in my opinion even when it was heat up. It tasted good, a little too sweet in my opinion. 3/5 The Vietnamese sandwich was good. I thoroughly enjoyed it. It didn't have the whole butter, mayo, and pate aspect in the sandwich like the authentic version but it was still delicious. It had mayo and what looked like their own spicy sauce which was delicious. The baguette alone was crispy, fresh, and delicious! 4/5 The Vietnamese coffee was a bit of a dissapointment. It did not taste like a Vietnamese Sandwich at all. The color of the coffee was super light and it tasted like milk. 2/5 The service was decent. The cashier was super friendly. The sandwich took quite some time but considering how it tasted so fresh , I didn't mind the wait.

Super cute pastry shop with delicious food. Went in for a tiramisu and I will keep going back to try different things. The tiramisu was so delicious and worth it. Also got a chocolate mousse that was divine.

Quality pastries with quality products. The decor is pleasant and comfortable. The cashier is nice but just doesn't describe things fully. They have savory food but I haven't ordered these yet

Not nearly what I was expecting. Food smashed and not really that good for the price. Would have been 3 stars but the guy deliberately let postmates drivers cut the line to pay for the to go orders.

So after our visit to the Haven City Market, we found this pastry shop very close by. The place had a beautiful arch right outside for photo-op and when we walked in, there was only one person working. They had a decent selection if pastries to choose from and we got the Strawberry Eclair and the Brea Pudding. They came out to $9.50, so it was a little pricey. Onto the pastries, the Strawberry Eclair had good texture and great flavors. Bread Pudding had good flavors as well and soft texture. I'd go back to try other pastries in the future.
