I ordered two hand tossed medium pizzas.I got two thin crust pizzas I asked for extra pepperoni didn’t get any. I asked for extra cheese. There was no extra cheese I asked for extra sauce and there was no extra sauce it was dry.Delivery driver had no common sense .Goodbye pizza hut never again . Ill give Papa John’s a try next time

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this location they ran out of cheese had to send somebody to Pomona to pick up cheese and we’re still taking orders and trying to give out food. I placed an order for a pizza and a party box that my party box without cheese on one of my pizzas and the other pizza they could not make and then be careful if you pay with Apple Pay because Apple Pay they cannot refund your money. I will never go back to this location again.

the delivery driver left my food at then entrance gate on the floor of my apartment complex and didnt even get near my front
If I could give this location a zero star I would. We ordered online just to have them delivery the wrong food. When we called to get our order fixed, the manager was extremely rude and and refused to offer help, reguardless of their mess up. After 15 minutes of negotiation they demanding we return the pizza before giving us our original pizza. Avoid this location at all cost.

I called Pizza Hut the location on Archibald , I ordered the stuff crust pizza , and they sent a door dash driver, didn't expect a door dash driver to deliver my food considering I called directly Pizza Hut, But let's get down to the most important part, my pizza was the SADDEST box of pizza I've ever had, WHAT has happen to the once glorious pizza chain ?? They went extremely cheap on their food and it's showing. I'd like to return this and get my money back but bc a door dash driver accepted my money bc he paid via on his door dash card I don't think I can, if anyone is hungry and want somthing fast, think twice about ordering here, the pizza will fall apart and the box of pizza was also not sliced properly , as I pulled my slice it was stuck with the other slices and ripping , when I held my pizza it drooooped. ALSO the pizza was EXTREMELY THIN
We placed a carry out order that included a soda. Got home and realized we never received the soda, so I called the location to tell them we left without getting it, and asked if they could refund the soda amount back to my card. The employee transferred me to their manager (Dustin), who then told me that they "don't do refunds" and that I could just drive back (15 minutes) to get it. I said that didn't make sense, to drive that far for a $3 drink, and that it also didn't make sense that they cannot refund their customers. I asked if there was anyone else I could talk to about making an exception, to which the manager replied that would be his regional manager (Carolina), who is not there at the moment. I asked if I could leave my number for her to call me back, and he replied "we don't leave numbers for her and she doesn't make calls to customers." So I then asked if I should just call back when she is available - and then he HUNG UP on me! Absolutely astounded that their MANAGER would hang up on me. I've never had this happen to me, and was truly in disbelief that a manager would act this way. Escalated the situation to Pizza Hut Corporate - seems like he really outdid himself by making a simple problem, much, much worse. And as someone that has worked in customer service fields for nearly a decade, I understand WANTING to hang up on rude customers, but in no way was I being rude or nasty to any of their employees. I do not blame Pizza Hut, but stay clear of this location if you want to avoid a headache.

It took so long to get delivered , I tried to call the store couple times to cancel.... Once it got here to my surprise it was shitty.... Please save yourself the stress go to Costco instead

Ordered from here twice since I moved here summer of 2022. The pizza crust is always stale and like cardboard. I haven't had this problem with any other Pizza Hut I've been to, just here.

I had to cancel my delivery phone order because the machine was broken. Then, they still charged me on my credit card. When I called to dispute, they said it was too long ago, 2 weeks. So I had to call the credit card company to dispute. Bad service. Don’t go there.
