Went there last week and the prices on the menu are not correct. I get that things cost more currently, but it seems sneaky and dishonest to not have it listed correct and then charge people more for your product. You should update your menu for accuracy. When I asked the guy working he said "That is just what it cost now. Too bad."I then asked for a napkin for my kid who got a popbar and the guy walked back and ripped some from the back near a sink. Super unprofessional and probably not up to health code for him to touch the check out ipad, the wall, the side of the paper towel dispenser and then our napkins. There were not any given or up front. He was rather rude as a whole and had his AirPods in the whole time and couldn't hear our questions because of it.

Just the look of how fresh these pops look makes your day! Easy parking, lots of other food options in the same marketplace, it is a perfect place for some afternoon snack.

Came to Haven City to eat. Enjoyed my food and headed to Pop Bar for dessert. I was offered a sample which I accepted and appreciated and ordered a cookies and cream pop to go. First red flag- the owner has the option to not tip covered by painters tape and "no tap" written on it which makes it impossible to see that you have the option not to tip. Received my Popbar and was leaving when my company had to use the restroom. I sat at the seating in front of Popbar and seen the employee, combining chocolate fudge tray with another tray and using his bare hand to wipe the excess chocolate. No gloves- just his bare hand. Needless to say I was appalled. This is a total health violation. I threw away my Popbar and don't care to return.

I never tried Gelato before...we tried the pineapple and it blew our brains out! It's got fantastic pineapple flavor...it's refreshing, acidity sweetness...so delicious! It's perfect for summer! We'll come back for different flavor; it's definitely worth the price!!

I ordered for a very very large catering and the pops were amazing and so was the service! The owner was very responsive and helpful and the pops were SUCH a hit! I’d recommend the strawberry sorbetto dipped in milk chocolate with white chocolate drizzle. Myself and the staff are very grateful!!

The gelato was good, the service was not. My husband and I were waiting for an employee to take our order but the only employee that was in the front didn't seem to notice us. He didnt say anything. He didnt even look at us. And we were the only customers there. Then a small group of teens approached and the employee started talking to them. Then another employee comes from the back and goes straight to the group of teens, also completely ignoring us. I assume they were all friends. The employees gave their friend a popsicle that I didn't see them pay for and we still hadn't been acknowledged even though we were there first. After finally taking and giving us our order, the employee walks away without saying anything and goes back to his friends. We go to the register, and again we are just standing there waiting for service. About two mins later, the other employee asked if we were charged and we said no. I don't think the gelato was worth that type of customer service. We won't be back.

This was a fun novelty experience! The gelato, while somewhat icy at first, developed a smoother, creamier texture soon enough. Although they didn't have one of the flavors I had been anticipating from their online menu (blood orange sorbet), I was content with the hazelnut

Terrible slow service, some guy in a levis shirt was working and he had maybe 1 brain cell. He couldn’t figure out how to use the ordering tablet or figure out how to use the shake machine. They told us a few min and we waited 15 min for the drink and it wasn’t even good.

Nice customer service but I ordered an almost 8 dollar frozen lemonade. Tasted like water, went back and said something. I was told it’s only made with lemon and water. That’s not a lemonade. Had I known I wouldn’t pay 8 dollars for water and lemon.

Young man shook hands with his buddies and then served them products. He wiped ice cream off his hands with a paper towel, scratched his arm and then served the next couple some of the bars. Never washed his hands or wore gloves. Where is the health inspector? Sitting and using his phone waiting for the next customers to arrive. I wouldn't buy anything from this otherwise nice young man due to the lack of proper serving hygiene.

I am at Haven City Market and the worker shook hands with people, took cash, scratched his arm, used him phone, and served people without washing his hands. He's not wearing gloves either.
