I would like to preference that I have never left a negative review, but I was extremely disappointed with the food and service. The place was not busy, all guests had their food, however it still took 25 minutes to have order taken. We then ordered a chicken ramen to go.I was not given my to go order after I was told it would be ready after I paid. Waited another 20 minutes until I went to register and pointed at my to go order bag. I left no tip based on service and attitude received. Food was okay, but not worth the wait time. I will not be returning.

These guys are the worst customer service. It closes at 9 and they I walked in at 8:45 and they said they are already close for to go order. Food is great but poor customer service!!

Being the Inland empire I will say that this ramen Shop is fairly good better than many others nearby. There are a few I have not tried yet but I have tried a lot of ramen.

This was the best ramen I've had in quite some time, and our favorite ramen joint in the Rancho Cucamonga area. The competition is either more expense, not as good, or both. I recommend stopping by, especially if you can take advantage of their lunch deals. You can't beat this for $12. Definitely check it out.

First time trying Ramen Masuta, and OMG...SO YUMMY! We've been in search of trying out a new ramen place recently, and thank you fellow Yelpers for pointing me in the right direction. Ramen Masuta did not disappoint. We ordered the edamame and pan fried gyoza to start. Both absolutely delicious. I had the chicken ramen. And while the broth, ramen and veggies were super yummy, the chicken was a little on the bland side...for my taste. My dinner was still super great though. My husband got the tonkotsu chashu and he loved it!The restaurant is super clean, and has great service.

Came here for lunch, I haven't had Japanese ramen in so long!!! I highly recommend Ramen Masuta!! Everything was so delicious!! Fried calamari was so crispy and crunchy. Tokuyaka was good too! I remember when I first tried this, it was too sweet for me but this place the sauce is perfect. Not too sweet and not too greasy, and soft. Japanese noodle usually is very thick but this place I like it because it wasn't too thick and the soup base was more of korean/japanese mix style " right in the middle"? So i liked it! I'm very picky eater so I don't like thick, too sweet, too salty foods!! :) Our service was good!! Our waitress was so friendly and kind, asking us if we needed anything constantly, helped us with ordering when asking what was popular ramen. This place is in 85 degree / gen bbq plaza in rancho, quiet and peaceful plaza. This place is so clean & they have pictures of customers up on their wall which I thought was super cute. Woooh!! Also, thai tea I highly recommend drinking!! It taste so much better than many boba places out here!! ;)
