So this place now advertises 100% car wash. To mean, that means they only wash by hand, so I checked out the prices online, decided it was comparable to what I pay out at the Mills for a 100%hand car wash, and took my car. I was greeted by a friendly person, no issues there. However, I was quoted $50 to hand wash my convertible! I shared my confusion, as they advertise on their banners 100% hand wash now. Why cant I get the $18 car wash? He stated for that price it goes through the machine, not hand wash. My convertible cannot go through a machine as it'll destroy the frame of the soft top. I asked why do they advertise 100% hand wash if it's not? He stated it is because they now offer hand washes too. No business from me today. Nice customer service, but terrible advertising gets a lower rating. Also, I tried calling first, rang 30 times to the car wash dept with no answer.

This car wash did an okay job. They didn't put the air freshener in, the windshield was greasy, and there's still dirt spots on my driver door, both front and back....

New to the area and looking for a carwash close to me. There's a lot of Express washings and found Rancho carwash and thought I'd give it a try. I saw many people talking about Amer who is the manager and he's helpful, not when. I pulled up it I could immediately see that it seemed he had a attitude. He wasn't welcoming at all and when I ask for a suggestion on what package to get he just pointed and said these are the packages. RUDE!! My last permanent carwash the owner would suggest things for me and customize as accordingly, but I guess that's good business practice on their part. First and last time customer.

Rancho car wash is under new ownership and must warrants your Buisness. The old Buisness I would give five stars but the now owner I'll give him 10. They are awesome. And it starts with the nice and smiling manager Amer who greets you right when you enter to take your order. He is very helpful and cares for your car as if it's his own. And remember this is a HAND CAR WASH for basically nothing. You can get everything they offer plus a nice $5 tip for those hard working retailers and walk out for $25-$30 total. This place is the company to aspire to. Bravo!

I've loved the detailed work in every area they offer. Rancho Car Wash has been my go to for 3 years now. Excellent customer service in all departments. My most recent auto detail they offered me a ride home and back in one of the managers BMW. First class service! I like the new owner Sam he and Amor, Car Wash Mgr. And the Store Mgr. were very respectful and helpful. BTW, my Elantra looks like new inside and out...thank you for doing an awesome job Mario!!!

I've been coming here for a long time, but I've been out of the area for some months and I came back to see that this place is under new ownership. I went for the happy hour all day Tuesday car wash and Amer was super friendly and helpful and even threw in a car scent when there wasn't one included in the package. My favorite part was the little buzzer they give you now, like a restaurant when you're waiting for an order, so I was able to go home while I waited (up to 4 miles away he said), instead of waiting in the 105 degree heat. Great experience, my car looks nice, and also super efficient with the new buzzer, thanks!

What a great all in one place for gas, carwash and snacks! Inside the store they have a Mexican restaurant and also a Coffee Bean! Perfect place to wait for your car. Batta the store clerk is also so friendly. She was a has a smile and warm hello waiting for you when you enter the convenience store.

Got charged $9.99 for only $8 of gas this is the worst customer service ever . They don't understand English and when speaking to them it's like speaking to a brick wall . It's fine I understand bosses take losses only $1.99 lost it's all good this place needs it more than I do they are really struggling for business . Hopefully this doesn't happen to another person . PLEASE BEWARE OF SCAMMERS LIKE THESE PEOPLE.
