Endless Fries!! So glad a place like RR made it through the pandemic and seems to be thriving! The kids and family love it! Still reasonably affordable for a family of 5, which is great! Best part is no "fast food guilt" eating there because it's super clean and very modifiable (I make my burgers lettuce wrapped). Huge shout-out to Elvis! Best server there and frankly, in town!

LOUD. Food is average. Just another burger. It's not worth the price. Go to In-N-Out for a better tasting, less expensive option. We got the plain burger, not a gourmet. ,.but still too expensive. Ate there with gift cards that were given to us in we would not have eaten there. First and only time for this place.

It wasn't so much the service in-and-of-itself. The servers were pleasant. It was more the speed of service. I got the bottomless salad but the servers (I guess) were so overwhelmed that I got a total of 3 salads (one of which I had to get to go). I could've eaten a lot more but she didn't come by very often and I had a hard time finding her during my visit. I was disappointed to say the least.

10/10 service. I think Kayla was our waitress. Very quick. Very friendly. Ridiculously attentive. Our drinks never went empty. We were always offered more fries and whatnot. The manager came by to check on things. It's really some of the best service I've had in a long time.

I was so happy to have received a gift card from my cousin for my birthday. I would normally not walk into a chain restaurant but I was excited to give them a try since it’s been a min. Our server Kayla was awesome and gave us rad service! We were 7 mins out before happy hour closed and got to putting in our beer orders right away. Ordered the Crispy Chicken Sando- sweet potato fries and a Haystack Tavern burger – Steak fries. I like the fact that they bring you a small batch of fries to snack on while waiting for your order but my pet peeve is room temp fries. My sweet potato fries were lukewarm and limp but my partners steak fries were hot and crispy. I’m glad I was able to share them with her. The team members were also soo great in terms of bringing extra fries and they were especially hot. They do get super busy, and with the great service I can see why a lot of people enjoy coming here.
Celebrated my childs 21st birthday here. Eligh was our server and he was great!
