Roundtable does a great job using fresh ingredients for the salad and the pizza. The interior looks rundown,but the booths are comfy and the food is good. They opened at 11am, but were not really ready to go, so don't show up before 11:15 if you are in a rush. The soda machine wasn't ready and the salad wasn't out yet . Once everything was ready it was a good experience with yummy food. Lunch special of mini pizza, soda and salad bar is reasonably priced.

had written a couple of bad reviews about this location because back in Sept I had ordered 4 pizzas from there, and two of them were wrong, so I have filled out the form every week since then letting corporate know, and never got any response. Today I called the store because I was tired of being ignored - and Angel, one of the managers there, fixed my problem right away. He offered two replacement pizzas in the future, and was so very nice, and I am elated not to have to fight about it anymore with the stupid corporation who doesn't seem to care. We had gone to this location for years with never a problem, and he said he had to let go some of the workers back then because they weren't doing a good job. I am still furious that the main office seems not to care a bit about customer satisfaction, but this location does care, and I only wished I would have called him right away instead of beating my head against the wall for all these weeks!! I am so impressed with this manager, and will now continue to patronize this place again. So nice to know that someone in this organization cares. Thank you Angel!!

They have gotten cheap with the toppings. I always order extra toppings and get charged for it but the toppings are weak. They messed up an order last time I went by putting jalapenos all over the pizza instead of half like I requested. Instead of refunding me or making me a new pizza, they simply picked off the extra jalapenos which didn't help at all. The pizza used to be good but the quality has gone down tremendously lately. For the price I paid I was disappointed and I like roundtable pizza a lot but their quality has gone down. I always think maybe they'll be better this time when I order but it's always a fail?

The day I went, we planned a pizza party about 1 month in advance. Confirm the week before. That week of party I was getting phone calls every other day to confirm the party, which is great! However, the day of only had 3 employees. It took 2 hours to make 1 pizza, and they were giving the orders to the wrong people. It was a horrible experience and I will NOT recommend for anyone who Is having any type of gathering to attend. The salad did taste great though,and the pizza was good when it finally came out 2 hours later.
Under new management. Staff seemed lost. Was waiting on pizza and it was just sitting there.

We decided to dine in as we saw it was under new management. Not sure if that was a plus. Not one single table was clean, we had to request that one be cleaned. We ordered at 3:40 and it's 4:12 and still waiting for our medium bbq chicken pizza. I think we'll do the one online foothill in Upland next time..

Ordered pizza here on 10/25. 1/2 gourmet veggie no mushroom and 1/2 bbq chicken gourmet. When I got home pizza had mushrooms and the 1/2 bbq was just chicken and bbq sauce. Nowhat I ordered. Called and talk to a manager Matt that evening and he said no problem I'll make a note on your acct for the free pizza next time. Called today to pick up my pizza. Talk to the GM Angel and he was so rude. He said no notes on my account for a free pizza. He's the GM of the store and everything goes through him and he never approved it. Anyhow thank goodness I took a pic of my pizza that was not correct and had it all time stamped with my phone to prove that it was all incorrect. Received a free pizza today and the bbq chicken part still had no bacon. In the description says come with bacon. I will never order here from again after my experience today. Very disappointed. I have been coming here for years.

We had our team pizza party here today. Great choice for the team party. We had to have our party early, and the GM Angel, Matthew G , Isaiah, and staff made it happen. On short notice, they made great food and provided great customer service for our team party of 30 people, which included 15 kids. The game room is great and had enough games to keep the kids entertained for our 2 hour party. The pizza and wings came out hot and fresh and were delicious . We will definitely continue to have our team parties here. Once again, a BIG THANKS to Angel, Matthew G , Isaiah and staff for the great service and food. Great customer service is hard to find now a days , but you will find the staff here is about making the customers #1.

Called to order a pizza for delivery, the "employee" taking the order, was extremely sarcastic/rude as I tried to make my order, kept mimicking everything I said, acted as if he couldn't hear me, when I said this a annoying, he laughed, when I asked for manager, he put me on hold, then disconnected the call. I called back and call, was hung up on. Called again and spoke to "manager Callem"? Not sure if it was actually the manager, but will spend my money somewhere else,DO NOT RECOMMEND,NASTY SERVICE!
