This location is dirty and can't get help. The food was cold and very expensive. Just go to In-N-Out a third of the price quicker and fresh ingredients. Apparently a lot of young people have lots of money to pay for overpriced food.

Ok, the restaurant is super clean and the employees are super sweet!!!!! The burgers are delicious, but not as good as In N Out! The restaurant is a bit pricey for fast food, but if you're shopping at the mall, it's definitely a great place to stop at!!!!!
Food was amazing imo.Just a little salty but still a great 5 star burger.As far as the guy who took my order.The tone of his voice came of as rude and impatient.My food was brought to me hot and fresh tho xD and maybe the worker was having a bad day which is understanding. You still get 5 stars from me and I can’t wait to try more menu items.

I heard a lot of hype about this place so I wanted to try it. The hamburger I got was tasty but very small! There was no indoor seating available ( only had two tables and two booths), as they were being used. The booths are so tiny !!! We had to sit in the cold in the back patio. In the day time or summer time that would be fine. They had water cups available that was nice, besides my tea I like to finish my meal with water, had to ask for ice which they were happy to give. There was a ketchup dispenser however if you wanted salt or pepper, I guess they would give you some packets. I won’t go back.

The service was fast and the food was delicious... It was raining outside and there was only a couple tables inside... That is the only downfall of this place is that it's not big enough for indoor seating. But overall who doesn't like shake shack!!!You have to try the donut and coffee shake!!!!! It's delicious!!!
