Loved, loved, loved this place, we are DEFINITELY coming back. From the minute we walked in the door Alex our waitress was very sweet and helpful, took our drink order and was patient with us when ordering since this was our first time here, we were very impressed with the food, it was DELICIOUS. The place is clean, small, but cozy, their prices are worth every penny for the amount we got, but the FLAVOR was behond what we expected. This was my treat to my hubby for Valentine's day and he LOVED IT!!! We HIGHLY recommend you giving this place a visit, you will not be disappointed

Since it was raining and this place is closer to my house I Went here instead of my normal bucket crab and crawfish. And regretted it instantly. Party of 1 and was the only customer there.. literally. Only to go orders came in while I was there. Vibe was weird and uncomfortable. I walked in workers just standing there and talking no one really said hello or greeted me I asked if I could sit at a booth no one really directed me or idk there was no host (I should have turned round and walked back out) but I didn't so here we go.. Server was ok she wasn't attentive really but seemed nice and did get my refill without me asking. took my order, food came out pretty quick I got a lb if crawfish which only had 12 pieces of crawfish and a half pound of shrimp that probably has like 16 shrimp in the bag... ratios seem a bit off. Flavors I got : garlic butter no spicy for my shrimp and corn. The flavor was good. Corn seemed old.. Shrimp was good. House medley mild for my crawfish, absolutely no spice at all. and no flavor. How can the flavor that had all the spices taste so bland ?! I feel like the Cajun ruined the flavor for me. Crawfish weren't all that great either. Rice portion is small. There was a broken tv that kept making an annoying sound and I was over it and ended up packing up my own stuff and grabbing my own to go bags from a table in the corner where the server directed me to go.. lol. Definitely won't be coming back and would rather risk driving a little further in this rain to go to bucket crab or mad claw

Our server was great at the beginning, very attentive and took our order correctly. Towards the end, she disappeared and was no where to be found. Another server came and helped us with our bill and boxes to go.

Food wasn't that good,also they expect you to eat with your fingers there. Except for the gumbo. It came with a spoon. The gumbo was 80 percent rice. Food was cheap enough but macdonalds would have been better.

I had a chance to eat here the other day it was not my first choice but I'm glad I made it my choice for the day. The food was great and the staff was amazing. I was in the mood for some catfish and wasn't sure if this place would work for me, the wait staff made me feel at home and said that I would not be disappointed to my surprise I wasn't, the best part of my experience was when I tried the house Gumbo I was really surprised at all the flavor that it had and how steaming hot it came to my table. The ambiance was great for lunch not a lot of wait time. I can't wait to stop by and have lunch again. Thank you Shrimp Factory for a great time.

First time having crab boil learned that crayfish is not my thing but the food was amazing and very well seasoned. I wasn't expecting it to get so messy but it was great staff was helpful as well. I would eat here again.

Pleasant atmosphere, food was made quickly after order & was made fresh! Great favoring, typically get the peeled shrimp. & the side of sausage is a must! Highly recommend. ?Dietary restrictions: Seafood is boiled in water instead of butter-dairy free seasoning options also.
