Simple Shack Cajun Fusion went above and beyond my expectations! The customer service is truly exceptional—surpassing even Chick-fil-A. Disappointed. Sauce was very watery for the shrimp bag and order was not what I asked for, the hottest level of spice-fire; it was bland not spicy at all. This place I visit frequently and may consider other options as it hasn't been consistent lately.

I once used to rave about this place especially when they first opened. The owner she was also very nice and the customer service was satisfactory.However, I am very disappointed with the customer service, especially from the young flamboyant male that took my order today and with attitude handed me my bag. I did not think it was cute it was just rude. But this isn't the main reason i decided to review. It is because as this youngester was taking my order i was asking questions about the seasoning and about the food.I typically would order their tacos so i for the first time wanted to try the burger. But i felt he was I'm such a hurry and with attitude just not helpful that i ended up not further asking about the burgers ingredients. Well needless to say im allergic to garlic especially loads of garlic. The menu does not say it has gatlic and now I'm sick to my stomach bc one bite has made me so sick. Had this person been more helpful i would not be feeling ill. So yeah im very displeased and do not plan to refer people to them anymore and i will not come back again. I thought others would want to know how unfortunate this service was.Oh and one burger came out to $17...too expensive.

I am so upset right now. I live the shrimp and grits from this place but this morning I found a long piece of hair in my grits! That is disgusting. Now I am not sure I can order it again. You guys need to wear hair nets.

My daughter and I were sitting right across from the Shrimp Shack Cajun and I love shrimp and haven't been here before so why not. Since this was our first time here, I asked for recommendations. The gentleman behind the register was kind to offer some items of choice.We ended up getting 2 orders of shrimp tacos that came with 2 each. Plenty for the both of us. They were a tad pricey, but hey, we're getting shrimp so be it LOL. The tacos were not huge or anything... pretty standard size. It averaged out to be almost $5.00 per taco. They were good, but I thought the sauce was a bit tangy for my taste. It had a little bit of a spicy kick... perhaps that's where the cajun comes from.Restaurant front, but on the side had a quote "Let the good times roll". It reminded me of someone I knew long time ago. I wish him well always. Overall ambiance was okay. We'll have to try their other foods next time. One cajun at a time! LOL

Great place. Had the Shrimp Po Boy and it was excellent. Just spicy enough but not too much so. Food came pretty quick. Was reasonably priced. Will be back. :-)

The fish tacos were a pretty big size, but I feel like it was just a bit too salty for my preference. As I ate the taco it just wasn't what I was hoping. Other than that service was great. The girl at the register was very sweet and was accommodating! It is in a place where there are plenty of restaurants, they have cute little signs but it's on Susan sq and etiwanda Ave inside the establishment.

My favorite here is the shrimp boil. Their fries are good if you can get the freshly fried ones. It is not always as crispy as I would like. They are usually busy on weekends, and there's a long line.

I've been to this shrimp shack 2 times now and I don't know, I'm a bit underwhelmed by their food. There's nothing wrong with the food but it's not the best breaded popcorn shrimp I've had. I've also gotten their garlic shrimp pasta and that was okay. I totally get it's suppose to be garlicky but Zang was it a lot of garlic. After my visits I think I'd pass on them unless I'm really craving popcorn shrimp. Service is good. No complaints there. And it's inside Haven City Market so expect it to be loud and crowded depending on when you visit.

I have been coming to the Shrimp Shack for awhile now and they have great service and turn around time on getting your food served is super fast. Which is amazing yes but sometimes your shrimp is over cooked and kind of dry ..... well at least on this experience However they're Watermelon Rita is delicious
Waited forever for my orders of fish and chips and shrimp and chips. When I went to ask, they gave me the orders that had been sitting there for over 10 minutes. They apologized. I asked for an extra tartar sauce and they had the nerve to ask for 50 cents. The food was nothing special, overpriced for what it is. Save yourself the trouble and try something else.

New to the area and wanted to try something new. Ordered the 7pc fried shrimp w/ Mac n cheese instead of fries. ? The Mac was salty as hell!! The shrimp were the pre-frozen kind with no taste. Definitely not worth $21!! NEVER again.

Food was bomb! I got the 1lb shrimp boil- Medium, and the Garlic Cajun fries. Both were delicious. The Medium was not too spicy but had a little pinch to it. I was super skeptical about eating here after reading the reviews but decided to take the risk lol didn't get food poisoning. Will be back!
