Starbucks, located in RC Plaza on Foothill Blvd, Rancho Cucamonga, has become a regular spot for us, as we have visited this place several times. Whether we decide to dine inside or use the convenient drive-thru, we are always pleased with our experience.The interior of this Starbucks is not only clean but also tastefully decorated, creating a pleasant ambiance for customers. However, it is worth noting that the seating capacity is limited, so finding a spot during peak hours might be a challenge.As expected from any Starbucks location, they offer an extensive range of hot and cold beverages. From their signature whole-bean coffee to micro-ground instant coffee like VIA, they have it all. Additionally, their selection of teas, including Teavana tea products, is impressive. For those seeking a refreshing option, Evolution Fresh juices and Frappuccino beverages are also available.To complement their beverages, Starbucks serves a variety of delectable treats. I’ve been coming to this location for years and the barista that served me today in the drive thru was the best yet. I didn’t catch her name, but she had short hair that was colored pink or purple. She was kind, upbeat, courteous, and warm. Should be given a raise!

I don't usually come I to this location but when I do it's usually on days that I start work later in the mornings. I've noticed that when I do come in the morning girls making the drinks are a great team. What I don't like is how rushed I feel everytime some girl that usually wears a hat or her bang out. I understand you want to get us out quick but that isn't proper customer service and she should be retrained on how to treat her customers. For my beverage it's always amazing. Thank you to the regular morning team!

I never have a problem here ever, the workers are always really friendly, but this morning 9/11/23, we went thru the drive thru. The girl, Jess, was not friendly at all. If I have something to do I don’t ever ask their name, but we were so upset that I called and asked for it and was answered by Lexi, she was very friendly, and she is the only reason why this isn’t a 1-star review.

I wish the Nitro Sweet Cream Cold Brews were made better. The coffee doesn't seem to have the energizing taste I need in the mornings like I get when I visit the Starbucks on Central in Montclair, CA.

Always packed drive thruI ordered 1 vanilla sweet cream cold brew no ice and they did not fill my cup up all the way only 3/4 of the cup but I was charged for the whole drink not 3/4th! Of a drink!! Asked the drive thru girl and was given attitude when I said Other locations will fill the cup all the way with no iceWas given more sweet cream to shut me up and to get me to leave faster SMH!!!
