Too bad, there were three baristas chatting away while I stood to place an order. 2 minutes later I walked out unable to place an order. Yes, they knew I was standing there, I made sure they saw me but chatty time is important. Oh, well… I end up going to Juice it Up across the street. I was craving something cold so Juice it up would be my place to go!!

Barista there this morning was working alone. I understand that so I waited patiently she never acknowledged me or greeted me or said just a moment. Just went about her business. No thank you. I left.

The Starbucks across the street is remodeling but the Vons Starbucks appears not to have even prepared for this. The first day we went there, there was one employee and a nice long line. The next day we went there, the Starbucks female employee was talking to a Vons male employee. We walked up to order and she told us she was still setting up and couldn't take our order because she was called in to cover for a no show. The next day we went there, we were excited to see a man in the booth and no line. Our excitement quickly diminished when he said the Starbucks girl was on break. He was just there to fix a machine. We've decided to just go to Coffee Bean for our coffee.

I went in today to get a London fog latte on 03/21/23 at 11:05 am and the lady at the register wasn't hesitant to be rude and make a face as I was giving her the modifications to my order . As a former barista Im well aware of the expectations but they were not met here . I definitely won't be coming back.

The drink was okay, not super great. The girl taking my order, with big circle clear lenses and thin gold framing, was very curt. I was overly nice, and she could barely match my positive energy with halfway decent, not even nice energy. She could finish up with me fast enough to giggle with her coworker and talk smack about whatever. Definitely had better Starbucks, next time I'll try the one across the way instead.

Gerardo & Adrianna gave me great attentive service and were very sweet and made sure my drink was perfect. I'm usually hesitant for locations inside the markets but this is the better Starbucks in the area for sure :)

I'm pretty much a local here since I come here at least once a week since this is our grocery store. The staff here is always friendly and helpful. They're always so nice!

Pay your workers more, Starbucks.... You can afford to not treat your "team" like slaves. Do better.

Sad Albertsons Starbucks, also happens to be directly across the street from a stand alone location. This parking lot is bigger than the one across the street

Purchased a tumbler on May 20th and found out that there’s a manufacturer flaw. Brought original receipt and asked for refund, they told me that they do not accept any return because of covid. It’s already June 2022. For real?! They also told me that other Starbucks in Vons also will not accept any return. Guess what, another Starbucks in Vons they refunded me immediately. Worst customer service ever.

Gentlemen in the morning ,haven’t gotten his name but will update as soon as I do ,excellent service ,super nice and well done ,some petite brunette that works in the evening not so much ,gave us some odd buttermilk that made us sick as creme and charged us an extra dollar ,as well as not knowing how to make coffee correctly and charging extra and arguing about it for everything ,zero stars for her
