Coffee is just like any other Starbucks. Made a large order, and wanted a ice water with it. Can't order it in the app so I asked when I picked up the order. They said I had to get in line to get this cup of water. So ordering on the app was pointless.

The girl who is supposed to call out the names for every order that is ready, is literally whispering the names, I had to go up and call out the names because this chick would whisper and then walk away humming, Starbucks is already a packed place, she’s only causing this place to get more packed for no reason. My iced coffee took 45 min to be ready. I

Just had an employee be absolutely rude to me because I was waiting for someone in their patio area. I wasn't doing anything, they didn't have to say anything but they made a point to come out and tell me I couldn't wait on the patio. Terrible customer service.

Absolutely terrible customer service at this location. Received my drink (pink drink) top was completely covered in the red strawberry dust so I asked Paris if we could do anything about it and she caught an attitude with me over it. She scooped it out and I had previously received my drink a quarter of the way empty.

I always ordered same menu with same size but what they make for me is the worst chai tea latte in the world. Twice I asked to remake it but result is always same. They don’t care about the service because their location is full of people.

First Starbucks I’ve been to that refused to give a cup of water to go with our ordered. And asked us to wait in the extremely long line just for a cup of water. For some reason they would give us a cup of ice though. Terrible service.

If there was a way to give these baristas and this Starbucks location NEGATIVE FIVE STARS I would. This Starbucks is horrible. They need to go through Customer Service training 101... effective immediately. They should all be terminated for their ignorance and laziness.I went here on Wed, July 19, 2023, at around 8 pm and I was standing in line while the wht female barista took too long to take the customers order in front of me. I was waiting in line for over 5 mins. When it was finally my turn, she tells me to wait and turns her back towards me while she chit chats with with her other wht and ltin female baristas. After standing there for 1 min, while they ignored me, I just walked out and shook my head and was like WTF was that? No customer service skills. I'm a Starbucks member with lots of stars. The baristas here are all idiots.Just go to the standalone Starbucks next to The Hat food place in the same area in Victoria Gardens.NOT GOING BACK HERE!!!

Location is not adhering to the values in which auditors seek to have upheld. Whenever auditors come they clean it and make it perfect. But today, because there was lack of management oversight even without a line, they failed to have it cleaned and presentable for guest who want to purchase.

Staff is nice but mobile order is difficult. That have a lot of things listed as “sold out” when they aren’t so you have to wait in the long line. Mildly annoying when you want a quick drink.

This is the rudest and most dirty Starbucks. You're in a high end area and need to clean sweep this up immediately. Your staff and service have much to be desired. Not one smile and the floors are filthy. Tables outside covered in food. Never again! Get new staff and housekeeping.

I usually enjoy STARBUCKS stopped at VICTORIA GARDENS STARBUCKS and ordered a Frappuccino carmel it was too too sweet. I oder to go had to ttow three quarters away let a bad taste in my mouth. Usually I love STARBUCKS. Must have been a new barista.

this place is horrendous. wrong order. no whip cream. wrong name. everything was wrong, i donnot recommend this? and my sisters drink at the bottom it had like sand. as you can see on the image it looks like sand at the bottom.
