Slow AF. Been here 23 minutes. Took 5 minutes before they took my order. Got my drink 2 minutes ago. Still waiting on my food. There are four employees and 3 customers waiting. Yes, it has a drive thru, and they are being prioritized, but good grief ... It's now been 28 minutes, and it's just now going into the warmer. "The machine got jammed" was their excuse. So how did people who ordered food after me get theirs? 29 minutes!!

I’m sitting here on Black Friday, in my car, immensely impressed and shocked at my recent Starbucks experience. I was hurrying up to get to Victoria Gardens to shop, but my day deserved a pause, to admire the beauty in my recent order here. I’ve been going to Starbucks my whole life, and go in and out and never think twice of anything. Today that changed. So much my shopping has been put on hold to leave this review. Wow, just wow. This has been the best experience of my entire Starbucks life! This team is beyond amazing, and I was in the drive thru. I saw the line of cars, maybe 10 maybe 15, and thought: this will take at least 30-40 minutes but I still went for it. The line never stopped moving. Before I could place an online order I had to hurry and decide what I wanted because it was moving very quickly. Then the greeting was like I’ve never heard before: extra friendly. Again after I ordered I continued to attempt to finish my online order but couldn’t because the line moved so fast I had to get my app ready. I was greeted by a friendly stress free smile and my food and drink was ready on the spot. Also Ive never had my sausage cheddar egg sandwich as warmed up as this! Ive always been used to getting it semi warm. But no: my sandwich was warm/hot, with cheese perfectly melted this tasting better than ever before! Wow. Please give this whole team a raise because they raised the bar on my experience and surprised me in a way I didn’t know was possible. Thank you so much wonderful team on November 24,2023 at 10:46 AM for the best experience ever!

My only gripe if that they didn’t have any “Been There” series mugs. Nothing to knock them down a star on their service though. Fantastic beverage and a wonderful staff.

Horribly mis-managed facility! Stopped in 8AM Saturday morning for a simple black coffee. Noticed management & staff outside discussing trash cans? Walked in & was completely ignored at the counter- finally left!

The food was good. It wasn't any different from a normal starbucks.The place was clean and gave off a cozy quiet ambiance.The workers were all amazing. The owner of the store/manager was very kind and was about to offer to pay for my entire order. All the workers were very polite. The only exception and the reason this isn't a 5 star was the one tall African American male worker.I noticed he was very nice and funny to the other female customers, however when it came my turn in line, he acted noticeably different toward me. I myself am also an African American man, and his attitude toward me came off as sort of rude. He was quick and snappy and his tone made it seem like he was annoyed with me.Other than that the entire place was 5 stars!
