Wow I just want to say I received ??????EXXXXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM AANCHAL & EVA ? THEY WERE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY? AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE MENU THIS WAS MY 1ST TIME AT THIS LOCATION & I AM REALLY HAPPY I DECIDED TO COME TO THIS LOCATION MY SANDWICHES ? They don't close till 9, but wouldnt let me in to buy 3 COOKIES AT 8:55 PM. ? Pissed.Not to mention the last time I was there ordering a sandwich the guy was talking so much (about nothing at all!) that he added vinegar to my sandwich after Id said it at least 2x NO VINEGAR PLEASE.. I was so irritated I just sucked it up and ate it.

A casual counter-serve fast food restaurant chain for build-your-own sandwiches & salads, with health-conscious options. Surprisingly, this Subway was missing on Yelp before I added this place. This Subway started their operation over a year ago. Located in Terra Vista Town Center, most probably this Subway is the largest, most modern, and cleanest Subway in Rancho Cucamonga. We came to this place on October 6, 2023. The inside of this place was clean and well-decorated. They have a good number of seating arrangements for the customers. We ordered a Six-inch Grilled Chicken Sub. Their service was prompt, and we got our food almost right away. The ingredients were fresh, and the Sub was delicious. Overall, this Subway is a good place for the healthy food in an affordable price.

Worker was rude, not helpful. Didn't help with combos either and made faces whenever she made mistakes. Seemed more like she was rushing to get to the back.Also their fountain drinks all tasted terrible no fizz and off flavor even on those that were without fizz.

So.....it's under new ownership..Went there, ordered two subs, two drinks, and chips.Got my total, was gonna pay with a subway gift card."Oh....we're not set up to accept gift cards"... Me: "Well, this is a $15 gift card and I was goi g to pay for the first $15 with this and cash for the remainder."Her: "I'm sorry...we don't accept gift cards."Me: "then....no sale...it shouldn't be my problem that you don't accept gift card."Her: " we're new owners...we don't have that set up."So....they apparently would rather throw away two completely prepared and toasted sandwiches, and two fountain drinks...rather than...maybe...taking the gift card...taking $15 off my total and charging me the difference...and keeping a customer. Terrible customer service decision.We left, and went to the subway on Baseline, a couple miles away, and they accepted our $25 gift card, and we left happy customers.These are the things that generate bad Yelp reviews.

Ordered a meatball marinara pro which according to the website is supposed to be double protein. I knew it wasn’t as soon as I picked it up but they assured me it was extra meat. Get back and what they call extra meat is half a meatball. I know it’s just a fast food place but you’d think they can at least understand what double means. Anyway, never tip through an online order.
Work customer service ever. The gentlemen working wouldn’t honor the subway coupon. He states “when I scan it, it says zero”. I said idk what that means. He said it means it’s expired or used. I coupon isn’t expired and he wouldn’t even look at the coupon to verify the expiration date, and I couldn’t have used the coupon because I just cut it out the paper today. Will never return

my order was given to me with none of the things i paid for online and when i called to ask if i could come in to get it remade the calls kept being ignored or ended as soon as i started to speak. i paid $45 for food that i couldn't eat.

I ordered on line and it was difficult to find the location as on Mapquest there is one on every corner and the website phone number was non working so I went to the wrong one. I asked the young lady there if she could look up the address and she refused. she stated I had a phone. I am a senior,disabled Vet and do not know how to work. I told her she was rude and she told me the same and proceeded to videotape me. she also informed me she had called the manager. I told her that didn't matter as I would be calling Subway headquarters. the correct location was Terra Vista, no phone #, no notice my order was ready. they have charged my account. Shame on you both Subways. I will boycott primarily due to the treatment I received by that young lady. asking for help,no customers in the entire room

I went to subway on Foothill by Hellman. They were so nice and friendly. I will go there next time. It was kind of fun actually.
