Worst burrito supreme I've ever had at TB .....The top half was cold and the bottom half warm....how hard is it to spread the meat,etc across evenly....plus it was so mushy.Very disappointed, feel like I threw away $5!.Employees were helpful at the window though ...(Beefy 5 Layer Burrito supreme).

Taco Bell’s tortillas are so thin that merely touching them they fall apart and the amount of fillings in their tacos is hardly worth eating. They can do better!! I like their food but they are getting so chincy!!

This location always gets my order correct. I love Taco Bell and this is my go to Taco Bell for tacos!! Great customer service each time over the years.

If you walk inside you will not be greeted, you will be looked at a handful of times by ALL THE WORKERS then (the person at the drive through window) "chris" 10/7/23 will tell you that you HAVE to order from the kiosks... YET they have PLENTY OF WORKERS to take it on their own!! you cannot use cash apparently because the kiosks only except card! shame on toco bell as if they had good service to begin with now it will continue to get worse... every customer inside was annoyed with lack of service and made another customer "not want to even order." if a homeless person came in their trying to use cash or another civilian trying to use cash they most likely would HAVE order from the kiosks which don't accept cash and would be shit out of luck. this will slowly take away the jobs from the average person given now to the kiosks. anyways... toco bell should do something else than perfect their shitty service.

The disgruntled employees don't want to help you. They want everyone to use the kiosk, then you have to wait 15 minutes for the food and then the order is wrong. Then they don't even look at you as you stand at the counter. Everyone at the drive through was getting their food quickly. Yet, there were 5 groups of people waiting inside with no food for over 10 minutes and all standing at the counter trying their best to be polite about it. There were 5 people in the back, including the manager and no one would look at us. We finally had to call them out to get any kind of service. This place has gone down. Get some new management.

The only thing worse then there food is there service. Avoid this location. I haven't been to Taco Bell in at least a year. I guess I had to remind myself why. Maybe I am a sadist.Avoid this location. Do not order from a Kiosk. Do not order at the drive thru. Do not trust them with a card. Pay with cash only. Stay near a toilet after eating. Warn others of your atrocious gas. It's going to get bad.Dietary restrictions: Are you seriously considering feeding your kids this garbage? You can do better.

Worst customer service! Was there this morning and was told to use self service kiosk because she had too many cars to serve in the drive thru. This is the 3rd time that I walked in to be treated by rude employees that ignored me. Better off going to DEL TACO across the street!. I would give negative -1 if I could. Corporate deserves a call. Undercover shoppers welcomed here. I was the ONLY customer in the lobby.

I ordered inside using a kiosks. Which is total fine and easy to use. When I received my order it was wrong. If they are going to use the kiosks at least they can have the order correct .
