Line was very long. Two people working. Saw what I think was a manager a few times. She should have helped when it was so busy. She was interacting with 2 girls that came in to bring milk and bananas but never helped staff. Not a good manager, you help your people.

Went to this location with another person, they asked for a sample to try a new flavor, the girl behind the counter said they don't do samples. Really?! Won't be back, plenty of other locations DO GLADLY offer samples.

If there is one thing I can't stand it's someone not paying attention to something I order and when I do I do it slow so they get it right and they still get it wrong! Then when I mentioned hey there's no foam on this coffee and the barista says well it only said this and then she continues and not even offer me the vanilla foam, that to me is really bad customer service which is why I don't go to this location a lot because this isn't the first time this is happened.

Hate to say it, I came back and ordered a cold tea with pumps of raspberry and the guy didn't even measure it out in the cup, he just poured everything into the serving cup and handed it to me. I'm very disappointed.

Hey gang, came into starbucks tonight after work. Everyone was doing a fantastic job as per usual. Vibes were immaculate. My drink was even ready in 2 mins. Everything was going great until the vibes in the starbucks were immediately destroyed when a heavy metal version of a nightmare before xmas song came on throughout the shop. smh. Let's keep the employee responsible for tonight off of the AUX

I ordered a three scoop su ndae and when it was delivered it was melted. It also had no whipped cream and no cherry. I was very disappointed. The flavor of the cream was good but if your prices are going to be almost $10 I would have expected a better presentation. I will not be visiting again.

I came in to order coffee in a good mood but the employee Lyric really messed up my mood. She was giving attitude and was giving almost a bitchy tone when I tried to order. She didn't seem interested in taking my order because her tone of voice with me was not customer service friendly. I did nothing but try to be nice until I noticed she was being a b***** My friends noticed also. Lyric told "Cant hear you" when they have their music on full blast and also she didn't even look at me in the eye the whole time. After that "Still can't hear you" not one look in my eye because she knew she was being a b***** Clearly had a problem for what. I honestly don't know why she acted like that. Someone needs to fix her attitude before a confrontational person makes a scene with her and makes her regret the attitude she gives to people.

Very disappointed in Starbucks today. A customer was not wearing a mask and not one employee said something to her and still served her. So much for "masks required ".

Shout out to Stacey and Sarah! They were the absolute kindest and sweetest baristas I've encountered. My boyfriend and i got our drinks but my boyfriend wasnt 100% satisfied with his drink but we didn't say anything but Sarah and Stacey asked us right away if everything was ok with the drink and immediately made us a new drink even though we said don't worry about, because it really was not a big deal but they took complete and absolute care of us very quickly and with sincerity. Thank you for your kindness Stacey and Sarah! Give them a promotion starbucks!

The drink and food are good but the redhead with green eyes was like sour with me after the machine charged me twice for a drink, and so she didn't put my drink through and I was waiting for a while until another worker was nice and asked what I was waiting for. She

There was two people ahead of me who took awhile and the cashier was very patient with them. I'm a brown woman who's pregnant. These people infront of me were white. She became very impatient with me with the buy one get one because of the app. I felt almost bad and just walking away. The service was terrible. I was patiently waiting for the others but when I came She kept sighing and her body language was really unwanting. Atleast the woman making the drinks were polite.

My daughter and I went to this location 2 weeks ago and we both got 2 scoops in waffle cones. I was so glad that they had my favorite flavor too! Not even 5 mins passed, and my daughters cone started to break in half because the ice cream softened the cone WAY TOO QUICK! She hardly even touched her ice cream. We went back inside and asked for a bowl so she could put it in there and salvage her cone and ice cream. No biggie. As I'm eating mine, I noticed that the same thing was happening to my waffle cone and ice cream was dripping at a quick rate from the bottom of the cone. Then the cone started to split. I tried to hurry and go back inside the store, but due to Covid and distancing, I had to wait to be able to even enter the store. When I got inside I showed one of the workers what was happening to my cone and that the ice cream was melting all over into my hands because it was seeping through the cone. She looked at it, then went to her boss that was off to the far side, then came back and told me that "Yeah, some cones are made more thin than other batches." I was like, to myself, I don't really give a s**** just make it right and hand me a damn bowl! I had to literally ask for one instead of her making it right, and she finally handed me an actual banana split bowl, which worked, but seemed like she didn't want to give an actual Ice cream bowl. I told her that for $15 freakin' dollars for ice cream for only 2 people, this is ridiculous and the cones should be made better. I won't be going back to this place because whomever the manager or owner that was there that evening, has no customer service skills whatsoever! I had to come in not once, but twice because of waffle cones that were seeping ice cream right through it. I've had waffle cones at another location and the cone held up nicely. No seeping, nada! And the scoops seemed like they were smaller at this location too! I'll be taking my business to the other location off of Baseline & Archibald.
