First time in this place! Love the server good attitude and very attentive. Luciano he's the best! I have Gluten allergy so I'm very picky. He made us feel like family! I think the other one is either the manager or the owner. His Asian and he helps out and made sure everything is ok. Food is delicioso as promise! Will definitely come back!Dietary restrictions: Gluten allergy! The PMB SALAD IS THE BEST! Fried Burrata so delicious ?

First time at THE CUT today 04/07/24 food was was amazing.First dish was the chicken & waffle. Wow!!! so full of flavor. Amazing definitely my favorite chicken and waffle by far.Next up was the leches French toast. Two thumbs up for sure. It is a delicious sweeter twist to the normal sweetness of French toast. Don’t let the sweetness for you. It is a full flavored French toast with so many different flavors. It is a must try.Paired with that was a breakfast steak sandwich. The bread is fresh baked, steak phenomenally tender, egg and cheese. Topped with a aji verde sauce. Hahaha so good. Will be back soon !!!

If you are looking for a restaurant with great atmosphere, food and service. The cut is a place you have to visit. The staff were fast and friendly and the food is a step above most restaurants. It is a little pricey but not overpriced. If you in Rancho Cucamonga, Victoria Gardens stop by The Cut.

This was my husband’s and I first time dining at The Cut and I can’t really say anything bad about the place. Except for there was a lot of small gnats everywhere but I’m pretty sure it had to be from the plants outside the restaurant. The food was delicious, I got the Nashville Hot, my husband got the Bahn Mi and both were very good. I got my daughter the grilled cheese and even that was made different that my daughter actually ate it. If you haven’t been here yet it is recommended and very good. They did have a bar but we didn’t get drink this time but definitely next time.Parking: We parked by the parking structure however there is parking really close by it’s next to Dog HausKid-friendliness: I have a toddler and I believe it was kid friendly for her, she loved it.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space at any table for a wheelchair and the outdoor patio section

We decided to walk around the mall, got hungry, and decided to try this restaurant out. OpenTable saved the day as I was able to secure a table for our party just mere minutes before the throngs of people started arriving. This is a modern eatery with a limited menu (intentional) and it works. The servers were friendly and helpful. The food was also good. Arrived quickly and at the most optimal temps. The best thing we ate here? The warm butter cake topped with a raspberry coulis and vanilla bean ice cream, so make sure you leave some room for it!

My baby sister had this restaurant marked as a place to try and so for our sister dinner we decided to check it out. The ambiance is hipster/trendy. They have inside dining and outdoor dining. We chose to sit outside. They also turn on the heat lamps if it gets a little chilly. Our server was David. Five stars all around. He checked on us and made sure that we were good, he even suggested the truffle fries. Now the food, for appetizers my sister had the calamari and I had the Poutine fries. Both were delicious. The peppers in the Calamari were exquisite. We were kind of full so my sister and I split a burger. The beef was cooked to perfection and the truffle fries made with real truffles were outstanding. After our meal we had the pleasure of meeting Steve the manager who was really nice. I will be back so that my Mr. Can have a go.

wanted to try this place given the reviews... went for dinner. Seating was great, the server we had was so nice. The ambience was quiet and not hectic which we liked. The place seemed pretty organized. However, the food was not the best. The coconut shrimp was good, really good. The burgers were too oily --you couldn't taste the flavors because all you could feel in your mouth was oil. I picked off the pickled onions in it and those were very good but I couldn't taste them in the burger at all because the oil overpowered everything. The same with the bone marrow, way too oily--I cook bone marrow at home and this was not pleasant at all. On the positive end, the food came out fast, like I mentioned earlier the server was very knowledgable and was extremely nice and that made the outing really nice. I probably won't come back though because of the oily nature of the food.
