I order for pick up either for me or my family weekly from this place, yesterday I might have gotten the last portion of the batch they made because the beef was way over cooked close to being burned, even my daughter mentioned it. It totally ruined the flavor that we are used to.Next time I’ll double check before leaving the place.

ayoo, Berenice is one of the worst with customer service, legit can't understand 'regular beef bowl' ... gives me half & half??, half chicken, half angus beef, so you guys cut me out half of my angus beef, it was a simple order and it couldn't even be fulfilled, disappointed and unacceptable. There simply needs to be consequences for such petty actions. Berenice isn't nice at all.

I went to this restaurant today and ordered the chicken bowel. I wish I had checked before I drove all the way back home. I only go to this Flame Broiler because it's in the same location as my hairdresser. When I got home and opened up the container I was beyond pissed off. Half of it was white rice as I had ordered. I'm still shaking my head at how stingy this place is. You would think the servers were paying for the food themselves. Ok, so I got a total of 3 SMALL CARROTS, not even as large as a DIME, A STEM OF BROCCOLI not a very large stem either. I also got about a TEASPOON OF CABBAGE. IF I had lived closer I would have taken it back for a refund.

Walked in and the girl (Giselle Loza) (that was the name on the receipt)at the register was talking to another customer he did even move her and When I wasn’t even near the counter she said what do you want. I smiled and said hello and she didn’t say anything back. She has absolutely no personality she rolled her eyes probably 4 times during the 2 min transaction. When she called our name she just threw the tray on the counter. I said thank you and she rolled her eyes again and turned around with No you’re welcome or anything. I work in customer service and it’s not hard to smile and have some manners. I’d rather drive across town than to come back here. She belongs in the back not helping people or maybe at a job she actually enjoys because it seems she’s hates it here.

Service was exceptional. Leslie gave us coupons because we had to wait just a little extra for fresh white rice. The staff was really nice and professional. Would definitely recommend.
