Great burgers, but... - rest room is never open - tables are dirty - fries are unremarkable - out of hot dogs - only one size soda (small)

The food is fine but one of the servers was racist. He let a white woman stand in the front the whole time for her order and it took like 10 minutes. When my boyfriend and I (both Asian) stood in front for 1 second because we were next and we saw our food being packaged, he told us to move. When we told him we asked for it to-go (we even asked for a bag) he muttered loud enough for us to hear with a lot of attitude "you did not ask for it to-go". He tossed two small bags at us. How would he know when he didn't even take our order? He was extremely rude and racist to us. He had a beard, black hair, probably around 5'8 and he was training some guy with brown curly hair. worked at 3:45PM on November 27, 2021. Re-train him or fire him. This is pathetic.

Because my food was eatable I'll give you guys three stars. Being at Victoria Gardens with so many good places to eat at the people I was with told me you guys were the best so we avoided the other ten delicious places to eat and came to you guys. Showing up in line we noticed that you guys were out of hotdogs didn't have soda or drinks aside from shakes and when I waited for the kid with me to order the shake she came for which was the coffee one you guys were out of that too. The buffalo chicken fries were good but not worth eating without a drink. The cheeseburger was comparable to something I'd buy at McDonald's but without as much flavor and the bacon burger was okay. Out of all the foods ordered and the shakes the buffalo chicken fries were the best. I ended up walking to Panda Express and was able to buy a drink there. If I ever come out to that area again and anybody recommends eating here I will laugh at them and going to Lucille's, Richies, The hat, I'd even prefer Panda Express over this place. I just am disappointed that it seems like this place was good at one time and so missed out.

We were there at 7:20 on a Friday night, and they were closed. The lady at the door said they closed at 7:30. When I tried to tell her it wasn't even 7:30, she shrugged her shoulders and walked away.

Ida gave rude horrible customer service asking in a hurry what I wanted to order. Mind you I was the only person in lineI tried to see what was on the menu because I never been here before.I wish I read the reviews before coming here!
I would not recommend this place to anybody with kids, it's not kid friendly. We were relaxing after buying two shakes. The worker comes out and asked for me to take my grandson off the chair, where I was standing right in front of him. I responded with "I'm holding him but no problem" then he states "I'm asking you guys to leave", I'm like "excuse me, your asking us to leave?" he said "yes we have a time limit". Mind you there was absolutely nobody in the restraunt and we were sitting outside where there was no one around. Horrible customer service .

Honestly there shakes are pretty good but the customer service is terrible immediately when I walk in I greet the employee only to be interrupted with his comment of "we're not serving shakes today " I was taken back just a little because his tone was just plane rude. But also it was a lie because there's people outside enjoying shakes prior to me walking in. Regardless when I asked why they weren't selling Shakes at MUG SHAKES??? It wasn't because of a food shortage or faulty equipment it was because in his words because "were short staffed and I'm not up to it right now" I can understand an unfavorable working sistuation but that was just sorry and lazy and rude

Literally eating outside of the restaurant right now. Terrible staff. Super rude. Terrible food presentation. Dirty restaurant. And for some reason I asked if they had combos, they said , no but decided to match french fries with the wrong food in the same containers?

If I could, I'd choose zero stars. We had burgers. No patty rubbery, definitely not cooked fresh. Grilled onions, at least a day old. Bacon, OMG the bacon, it looked dead, limp and definitely not from this morning's prep. I considered asking for a refund. I tried to eat, more I didn't want to make myself sick. Stay away.
