Ordered delivery, they forgot a few items but the big one was the chocolate cake this was for kids bday dinner. Bad service. Can't get a refund thru door dash. Buyers beware. Missing items were Cesar salad dressing, dressing for my wifes side salad, utensils and parm cheese. On the plus side, bread and food was still warm. Except the Meatballs were already getting cold bc ice cream was on top of the container. Ice cream was half melted. Not exactly a great experience.

The food is tasty, delicious, good portions and not too expensive. Italian Creme Vanilla Soda in special glass is yummy. The bread is crusty and hot, the minestrone is one of the best around with lots of veggies. The mizithra cheese and browned butter of the Potpourri dinner, is my favorite. My hubby loves their lasagna. The spumoni ice cream is such a perfect, end of meal treat. My only wish is that they had more pasta shape selections. Spaghetti noodles aren't my fave. I prefer capellini, bow tie or rotini shapes and I REALLY wish they had a whole wheat option.

If you’re looking for overpriced, mediocre, pasta with a side of lackadaisical service, then this is your place.Upon entering, the group of hostess are chatting and seem rather annoyed to be disrupted by customers.There is no urgency with customer needs and rather, everyone seems annoyed if you ask for any kind of clarification or help.I definitely wouldn’t do a date night here- as the ambience is uninviting and the food- well isn’t authentic nor flavorful. But I can see the appeal for families with young children- sitting in a cable car for a child seems “fun” I guess, and the scope of ice cream is the prize you get for eating your spaghetti.Everyone else is much better off trying a mom and pop Italian restaurants in Claremont which are much more charming, and holds true to authentic Italian flavors.

First time here. Great atmosphere old Tuscan style decor. Service was good even though very busy reservations recommended on weekends. Food is tasty and hearty meals include bread, entry, dessert. Pricing is also reasonable.
