My daughter and I had lunch there today. The dining room was very colorful and the authentic music improved the experience. The food portion was good, however the taste was average. The cheese in the enchilada was chewy. The service at the counter was below average. We spent almost $26 for 2 orders of only cheese enchiladas, rice, and beans. The best part of any Mexican sit-down restaurant are the chips and salsa! I mistakenly assumed that would be included. I was wrong! They asked for $1 for chips! I declined. Sure a dollar is not much, but after spending $26 I'd expect chips and salsa to be complementary. I was disappointed and will not be going back. No chips-no business! * I just read other reviews talking about Taco Tuesday. There must no longer be a Taco Tuesday special. I asked about the taco price and was told $4.50 or $6.50 depending on the meat choice. If they do have a special, they don't advertise it or mention it. Sad.

I have loved Tios for years, specially the one on Day Creek. I sometimes come to the one on Lemon and I'm reminded once again tonight why I don't come often. The service is terrible here. They are rude and extremely racist. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito and she laughed at me and went and whispered something to her coworker, in Spanish, in the middle of taking our order. Then proceeded to ask us questions ask if we're stupid. Good for but too expensive and service is terrible! If you're white don't come to this location lol!

Paid $16 for a mediocre taco/enchilada plate. Taco fell apart in my hand 1/3 way through. Cheese very chewy and a bit too much, barely tasted tortilla. Chips not included. Ambience not exciting at these prices. Have had better quality food at average or even hole in the wall places with less price. Won't be back.

Ate with a group of 4 people. Burritos tasted delicious however, they were a bit on the cold side. Cheese was a bit tough to chew.Very fair portions. Perfect horchata. Sweet staff. Extremely affordable, ~15$/person. Salsa is self serve- I wouldn't say it's their strongest area. Overall would love to try again.

Been going here off n on for about 4 years just for their potato tacos, after today no more! $20 for 4 potato tacos and got reduced in size and on top of that tasted like old cooking oil that hadn't been changed in who knows how long! All the menu items are also wayyyy over priced for a fast food Mexican restaurant. They have a bean tostada for $6!!!!! I'd rather continue going to Del Taco where the quality is better than this and the price point isn't ridiculous! Never again going back!

Very bad service... today I ordered some asa tacos and they were cold. I spoke to the lady and she told me that I just had to eat quickly. Boy driving and I can't eat. Very bad service and the cashier was very despotic in taking orders.

I'd like to start off by saying this restaurant is a very clean place to eat at. Although the customer service is terrible. They're completely rude and unwelcoming people who take your order. I definitely wouldn't recommend this service. The only reason I give them 3 stars is because The food is absolutely delicious and authentic. Also very overpriced!

The wife wanted Taco Tuesday, so called Tio's....hard shell beef tacos for her. Shredded beef tacos with the mild salsa...perfect for her. Love those crispy shells. I ordered the asada burrito....the burritos are huge, so don't eat many chips! Glad the salsa isn't very spicy....Tuesdays are the best!!
