I was just there to pick up my order... so I called in a good size order of taco s and they said it will be ready in 15 minutes well I got stuck at work and called to say I was still coming sorry for the delay they said no problem we will have it here.... excepted my order to be there waiting and ready so 40 minutes later when I arrived, they said could I give them 5 minutes to get my order ready because that was 45 minutes ago and the tacos were going to be soggy I was so excited and didn't except that at all!!!! So I got fresh hot crisp tacos they really made my day!!! Great food great customer service!!!! You guys are the best!!!! Thank you

My Carnitas tacos were good, they are not seeing you with a portion. Very good amount I probably could've got away with just one.

Worst food I've had in a while. I ordered a basic asada burrito, the meat had no flavor, the cheese was still cold in the burrito and the cilantro tasted like it was old. Just no, not worth the $13

Feels very homey. The food and ambiance are great, especially for a Saturday, Sunday morning "I don't have to work".

The main thing I don’t like about Tio’s is their cheap napkins and the use of can beans and that’s unacceptable in a Mexican restaurant or at any Latin food eatery. Their food is very good, prices medium to high. This is how I know they use can beans. One day I’m having breakfast and an employee passed by our table with a push car with cooking products and to my disdain I looked at the refried bean cans w/ at least 4 boxes of refried beans. I s bad enough now they charge U 4 the chips. They have never contacted me but I’ll keep U updated if they ever change the can beans for real beans. Will go back soon.

If I could have left 0 stars I would have … I won’t even elaborate why , but if you’re authentic Mexican , don’t go , this place sucks . I don’t usually leave reviews I just don’t go back but needless to say I left more than 3/4 of the food and went to sprouts to buy a sandwich ?

Excellent tacos, burritos. Their rice and beans are to die for. Taco Tuesdays is my favorite. 2 for the price of one. Reminds me of Carmen's in Azusa. They shut down about the time Covid hit.Parking: They have such high turnaround, so there's always a place to park.

Used to come here years back (pre-covid) it was a 5 star restaurant. Lately not so much :( the service was the best part. Probably won't return. The food was mediocre. Guacamole was not homemade ?Wheelchair accessibility: No near by ramp for Handicapped.

This location in Rancho: Called in an order before heading up the hill on the 15 in holiday traffic. Order was finished in a timely manner, staff was polite. We all had their breakfast burritos and they were so good! Got the chorizo/egg/beans, and egg/bacon/potatoes.

3.5 stars. I seem to like them better than when I wrote my last review. I've gotten takeout quite often throughout the years, but have never dined in. I usually get their chicken enchiladas and crunchy tacos. The flavor of the rice and beans are good too.
