I went to dinner at this place, I don't understand how you can make Japanese food anymore healthier. This place serves beyond bland food. When I'm craving food with no taste I go to Tokyo Joe's! Literally the noodle now tastes like eating Boiled noodles smothered in boiled water as the soup. This place finally closed for a good reason! To prevent the citizens of Rancho Cucamonga from extremely bland food!

Riverside Tokyo Joes was our go to for healthy. Sorry now closed in Riverside close to the Plaza. Very sad. Please find a better location with more visibility and you will be fine Tokyo Joe’s. We will miss Martin and his Crew. Andreas we miss you!

Food here is always sososososo fresh and always prepared immaculately. Not once since I moved here just about 2 yrs ago, has this establishment failed in service or quality. I don't know if they offer catering but if not, they (Tokyo's Joe's) should definitely consider....nothing else said, that's how good the food is, I mean everything, everything is all 100%natural and healthy foods.

The menu offered a variety of food with good customization options. Food had good presentation and taste with crisp vegetables.
Decently good. Food was pretty fresh but lacked flavor, except for the sunomono salad which was delicious. Got the bento box with sunomono salad, veggie mix, tofu, tofu roll and spicy aki sauce. Wish the tofu had more seasoning and the mixed veggies (how about a little sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, kelp flakes etc??). I added my own spices. Guy who took my order was great, but the girl who handed me my food was lackluster-just handed me the bag of food. I said thank you, she said nothing at all...Not likely to return

This place is not worth going to.. If I could give a negative stars If I could. The manager Jerry is horrible and allows his staff ( Estella Hummel) to yell at customers act way out of line.. I have reached out to there Corp office and there distract manager because this 2 employees have no business in there stores.. They yelled out that they are closing this location and they don't care..

Tokyo Joes is one of my go to spots in Rancho Cucamonga, but my experience today was not great. I ordered the wild salmon bowl, and the salmon was not fresh. The broccoli was also bad.

Your customer service IS undeniably THE WORSE I've yet to encounter. Your employees are incompetent and rude and the girl who was a supervisor tonight should NOT feel special about being a supervisor because clearly the ONLY qualification is BREATHING. Lack of respect, concern and knowledge about much of anything. I have NEVER heard "I DON'T KNOW" so many times from a business. I ordered food DIRECTLY from Tokyo Joe's website. Per the email sent and the TRACKER it states to contact the restaurant DIRECTLY if there is an issue which I did but to no avail because EVERYONE that I interacted with LITERALLY had their heads up their asses. My order was almost 30 minutes PAST when it was supposed to be here. The first moron on the phone tells me "Oh we have NOTHING to do with that. The order was ready 30 min BEFORE she got here." WTF do you mean you have NOTHING to do with them when YOU idiots are the ones who work WITH them to provide your delivery service?!?!?! I expressed to the SIMPLETON that I ordered through THEIR site SO I need better than you have NOTHING to do with that or that I need to contact DOOR DASH when YOUR tracker says to contact the restaurant DIRECTLY with ANY issues. Then the "STUpervisor" got her worthless a** on the phone only to reiterate what the jackass before her said... So if you have NOTHING to do with the delivery service why are they at YOUR restaurant picking up YOUR orders?!?! You guys are really pathetic, unconcerned and useless. Thanks for a HORRIBLE yet last experience. IDIOTS.
