As much as I enjoy coming here, the young lady taking my order this afternoon, her professionalism was below standard giving me an attitude simply because I didn’t know the differences on the seasonal bowls. After she rudely explain it to me, I made a purchase.

SERGIO IS AMAZING! My bf and I came in late 16 minutes before closing and I was worried about the service but Sergio didn't make us feel like an inconvenience and he had the best customer service. They did was great as always but Sergio will have us coming back as regulars.

They didnt cook the veggies :( raw cabbage is Gross . I asked for a lid for my kids cup she just stared at the empty spot where they go and said theres none. I asked if she could check in the back and she just stared at me like she was put out of her way. I said i dont mind waiting if you want to take the other customers first. She quickly said ok. Then i watched that she never went, i asked again, were you able to find the lids? Ste said theres none.. 30 minutes for 2 bowls. And we ordered a 10 piece dumpling for our kid, they gave him 8 and when we asked the girl said " i gave them 10!" We showed them and counted in front and they decided to give us our other 2 after another 10 minutes:/ Worst part is it was really slow and the couple of guests that were there.. all their orders were wrong and they had to wait about 30-40 minutes

I've had bad experiences with Waba. They never get my order right, so I wouldn't pick to eat Waba Grill. My brother loves the food and it's what he wanted for lunch, so I stopped by. This Waba, in particular, got my order right and I was highly satisfied with my food. Thank you guys for giving me a better experience!

DO NOT go to this location Foothill/Milliken. Avocado was black & tasted rotten, carrots were rotten, and food tasted old. Got a combo of beef/chicken and everything was cold, beef tasted like beef jerky GROSS ?.. Unfriendly female employee, didn’t even say hello or thank me, no smile , seems like she was having a very bad day, no customer service skills whatsoever, no manager on site or even when I called to complain. Now, I understand why it’s always empty, not one customer when I have visited. Keep your receipt call and complain.! They should give you a full refund. Please take photos, they may ask. Felt sick after this visit! I’m surprised they’re not shut down! WOW.. I will never visit again!!!! ?(visited 7/2/23)
Meat tasted old and stale, food was barely warm, not made fresh per order as displayed. Ordered two bowls beef and chicken rice and veggies. $25 wasted, They just lost a customer.

The portions given at this location are significantly less than other locations. I remember a time when the chicken covered the top of the bowl so you couldn't see the rice. Third time in a row this is happened to me at this location. Unfortunately it will be my last time since there's other locations nearby.

Omg worst Waba I've been to! Ordered white meat only and apparently that meant hard burnt pieces just bc I didn't want to drive back I didn't take it back. Meat was probably burning there for 10 days it tasted old and stale.definitely do not recommend this location. Rice was a thin layer like what in the world did you run out of rice ?! I'm just disappointed I went out of my way to go to this location and it was s**** I rather go to the Fontana location much better and fresh this is probably going to give me diarrhea
