Very good steak-veggie and spicy chicken rice bowls. Kids eat free (at least for now April 2024). They have white or brown rice options (try brown rice, it’s better).There is seating but we prefer take-out.Dumplings are not great. But come here for the rice bowls.Customer service has been great every time we’ve been here.

I went there today for their dumplings, I ordered 25 of them and all of them were burnt. My husband had to peel off all of the crust, and was only able to eat maybe 3. The cook must of left them on their grill a little too long so instead of having moist, soft dumplings, we had crusted, burnt dumplings. I am completely unsatisfied with my order. I look forward to having those dumplings every time, and I’m disappointed my cravings were not satisfied.

Rude staff. I asked for sauce & they had the audacity to ask why I need certain sauce. Why does it matter what the sauce is for. It’s for my food. Clearly. Also the fact they are charging for teriyaki sauce & hot sauce is absolutely ridiculous!!! 50 cents for sauce is crazy! Also charge for the green onions. When you ask for extra they have an attitude! There are far better locations!

Paid cashier with cash and right after getting the cash. Goes and grabs my plate and starts digging in to the rice. I asked him if he’s not going to wash he’s hands before serving and touching food utensils.I decided to just ask for a refund…

I guess there was a reason this place was a lower rated location in the area. Bad portions compared to other locations and they upcharged me a dollar for going all veggies/no rice but still got half rice and veggies.

My daughter got food poisoning after eating the dumplings. The employee I spoke to wasn't too concerned & stated she didn't see how that was possible since they're steamed & pan fried. I guess they don't know that Foodborne Illness doesn't just occur from improper cooking. I asked to have a manger call me, since there wasn't one available at that time. That never happened.

Waba Grill is a fantastic restaurant! Their grilled chicken and steak bowls are absolutely delicious. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and Monica and her team serves the food with a smile. I highly recommend trying their teriyaki sauce--it's the perfect balance of sweet and savory. You won't be disappointed!

Ordered a steak and chicken bowl with brown rice.I was a bit disappointed with the amount of money to food I received. I remember getting this bowl where the meat would be a layer over the rice. Today, the meat was more like a side dish or dressing. I got more rice than meat. I did pay close to $14 for brown rice and a soda with a drizzle of steak and chicken.I would avoid this one.
