I decided to give this place another try which was a mistake! I ordered a classic 8 piece and paid extra for flats only. I got home and I have 2 flats only! It’s like they don’t listen to anything you tell them. Last time there I ordered 2 different flavors and both flavors tasted the same! I think I’m going to have to move on to a different location or a different chicken place!
Took my daughters to eat here yesterday 2/26/24, they forgot to make their order waited an hour, they rushed and then my daughter and several friends got food poisoning and had to miss school because the stomach issues it caused.

Food is good but when I order ahead on the app for pick up, I expect my order to be ready when I pick up, not me having to verify my card and ID and THEN they make my food, when im at the restaurant, like it is NOT order ahead at that point. Really frustrating.
