Big fan of their 9 grain bread. So many so-called whole grain breads taste like air. Not this one! Beautiful texture, aroma (!), and flavor. Their brownies are also dense, with real chocolate taste. Oh, and what I've wanted for years: a soft ginger cookie that actually tastes like ginger!

Excellent place for the most delicious sandwiches made fresh served in a box with a cookie, pickle and a small potato salad. Everything is beautifully designed and very tasty. Great prices and very high-quality food. You will not be disappointed here. A wonderful place to enjoy the best sandwiches. Plenty of parking spaces and handicapped spots are available.

My hubby and I were looking for a place to grab a sandwich yesterday for a late lunch. I came across this spot on Yelp and based on the menu we decided to check it out. First let me tell you this place is inside the Clark's Natural Food Market. We arrived about 20 minutes to closing. There were 2 older ladies in front of us who definitely did not know what they wanted. One of them kept asking for sandwiches/bread that they didn't carry. The 2 ladies behind the counter were so patient with them. I was not in a hurry so I didn't mind at all. I wanted to point that out because you just don't find caring people working behind tte coonter like that often anymore. Once it was our turn my husband and I ordered The Aspen to share. I asked if they would leave the horseradish off one half of the sandwich. For $12.95 the sandwich came with a pickle spear and a little thing of potato salad. They also asked if we wanted a sample of one of their bran muffins (delicious!) We took our food back to our hotel and ate it about 45 minutes later. The sandwich was wrapped so well and was still fresh (not soggy). It was so tasty and the Cranberry spice bread was amazing! I also picked up a Crimson muffin which I haven't eaten yet. Can't wait to have it for breakfast tomorrow. I highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back each time we visit the area.

I like the hacienda when I'm looking for something fresh and filling. I love that they sample of potato salad for every meal, while also giving a sliver of a pickle, which is enough for me. The service has always been professional and kind.

THE BEST LUNCH SPOT in the desert! The ingredients are so fresh and the house made bread is unbelievable. The staff is extremely friendly, they even gave us a free banana oat muffin to sample. They are extremely accommodating to any and all food allergies or preferences.
