I wasn't being too positive because I would never think that a casino with a cafe restaurant would be so good and the food tasty. We just wanted a quick bite to eat and chose the bean and cheese burrito with the hottest salsa. The salsa was mild but the burrito was really good.
I was heading to a show at Agua Caliente Casino and I was super hungggrrry. I assumed that the food would be awful because it's at a casino plus I am super picky and usually eat at the local spots in Palm Springs. Well I am shocked. The two tacos that I had were super fresh, with a pure, clean taste. The taco itself tasted home made and the Carne Asada and the chicken were equally great with a ton of meat that spilled onto the plate. The service was good, the ambience very busy for a Saturday night, which is good, but my burrito was too cheesy and I have to be careful due to lactose intolerance issues. Next time I will try something else on the menu.
