Who knew you could get ribs at a Mexican food restaurant!! The ribs were meaty, the glaze delicious. Came with a side of veggies which were zucchini veggie mix. So yummy. I wasn't crazy about the mashed potatoes as they had some type of sauce mixed in. I'd still order this item again, I'd just choose a different side. The server was awesome, chips were hot, crispy with off the hook salsa. A few of our friends ordered the chili rellenos which were a generous size. I will definitely be back again soon. We arrived on a Sunday at 3, which is a perfect time as the lunch rush was over and right before dinner. We got a great table and the ambiance was relaxing . We had a excellent dinning experience!!

Been here twice. Once for eat in lunch and then one for take out dinner. First time we ate here it was good. I had the Brie Cheese quesadilla and the regular quesadillas. Service was great. Next time we ordered for take out. Steak Grande Burrito had no flavor at all. The skirt steak salad was awful. Soggy apples and very little cheese but a lot of lettuce. Steak was chewy and could not eat it. I'd be up for trying the happy hour but won't order food.

Many Mexican restaurants in this valley and with that, the similarities. I look for freshness, proicing and service and Maracas does all three very well. My three street tacos were fresh and super flavorful with two different sauces. Just the right amount for me. Husband unit went for the Carnitas plate and was pleased with the robust flavors and helping. We shared fresh guacamole, seasoned well. Service was impeccable and super friendly. Prices are the kind where you can afford to come here often. Keep doing what you are doing!
I had a good meal at Maracas this past week. I got the street tacos plate and was very impressed with the spread. The beef and the chicken were the best. The fish taco was shredded fish and was a little dry for my liking. The queso fundido con chorizo however was delicious and definitely would recommend to anyone coming by. Enjoyed a really quick lunch with my bride here the other day.The steak and enchiladas were really full of flavor and they actually got the skirt steak to a medium doneness.Cheese enchiladas are bursting with all of their gooey goodness.The salsa and chips were also on point. Chips were crisp but needed salt. The salsa is drinkable.Overall we will continue to frequent this place when we are in the Valley.
