The cafe offers Stance Coffee. I ordered the almond milk latte. The default is only one shot so added a shot. I like to taste the espresso amidst the milk. But low and behold, first sip and I almost died. It is a very robust overly bold type espresso so the 2 shots was overkill. Maybe that’s why they do 1 shot standard. Oh man, had to add a little sugar which I never do. But even then I wouldn’t order it again. Fun to sit outside in the resort space and sip and read though. The people watching is fun to say the least.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options.

we stayed here for 5 nights. It was lovely and we did the cabana every day. What was not lovely was that my diamond earrings, and heirloom emerald ring, and 6 prong solitaire wedding ring with a gold band (items about 10k total in value) were stolen from a dresser drawer in a pouch after our room was serviced (the day before we departed). It happened in a short period of time when i went to the spa. They knew we were out of our room and had to go rummaging thru a drawer to find me items. I have heard from friends that this has been common now a days at hotels. The hotel has not good about following up. They just want us to keep repeating our story. If anyone had a similar experience - please contact me via tripadvisor please.

This hotel was a severe let down. From the start there were problems. I brought my girlfriend here for our 2 year anniversary, and we were really looking forward to this. We arrived to find out that we were given a handicap room (although we did not book that by any means) and they offered no solution and we were stuck with the room. We got to the room and immediately the toilet would not flush, and the showers soap dispensers were empty. On our second night, we found cockroaches in the bathroom. Huge, disgusting, so gross!! I had seen this mentioned in reviews earlier in the month, but I had expected the hotel would have resolved this by our time of stay. The room was also very dated and sort of tacky. It gave off more of a 3 star than a 4 star hotel atmosphere. While it was cheaper than other hotels which is great, it was beneath what I expected. To make things worse, at the end of the stay I reached out to hotel management to discuss the issues with my stay, and I was left with no response. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but the radio silence really left a bad impression. I will say, the staff on site were very friendly and helpful, so, I guess that’s a plus. Overall, I don’t plan on staying here again in the future, and neither should you. Look elsewhere.

If you want to feel like you’re staying at a HOSTEL stay here. My room was entered in despite me putting up a do not disturb sign 3 times. They even tried entering my room late at night while my toddlers were sleeping. My shoes went missing in the room, because that was the most expensive thing they could get their hands on. Ridiculous. The hotel denied the claims and I have written proof of all the claims right after it happened. Something is going on at that hotel. They’re all watching each others back. Be careful!

I recently stayed at this resort and was so impressed with the staff I encountered. The staff makes this place incredible. It's so obvious that the people who work there love their jobs. On arrival we were greeted by the valets Aaron and Delvin who both went out of their way to be accommodating. The front desk people were amazing even one who just transferred from Phoenix on his 1st day. Monty, Abel, and Jacob gave us exceptional service at BluEmber the restaurant on the grounds. At the adult pool we had incredible service by Israel aka Madonna who was such a friendly and endearing human. Our entire stay was fantastic! The rooms were spotless and the beds very cozy. The grounds are very well maintained. I highly recommend this place whether a romantic getaway or a family stay. They really have it all!

This was not a luxury resort. We booked a suite. The furniture was scratched and falling apart, the rugs were dirty, we couldn’t sit on the outdoor furniture because it was so filthy, the bathroom doors didn’t work properly. No one came to clean the room until we called about it. This place is an absolute dump.

The resort is beautiful and in a great location. The lazy river is awesome for kids. HOWEVER, there is a serious cockroach problem. Dare I call it an infestation? I have stayed there multiple times over many years with a group of families, and many of us have found cockroaches in our rooms on multiple visits. Giant cockroaches. Small cockroaches. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Cockroaches in the bedroom. Also on the patio of the restaurant crawling up our chairs and outside the lobby doors. Hotel personnel did not seem to think this was strange or uncommon....to the point that a small sign (as if a sign helps) is in your room to warn you (see the pic). I would think a property like this should be able to get this situation under control. Sadly I have seen many other reviews on this property that mention cockroaches. Unacceptable at any type of property, especially one that costs this much.

2 night stayed. Had a great time. Very relaxing. We eat outside of hotel so no comment on the food. No elevator so you would have to carry luggage up a stair if stay on 2nd floor. Pool and lazy river was great.

We were on track for a 5 star experience. Everything was right: the room, the restaurants, pool area, grounds, professional and friendly staff throughout. Then one thing spoiled it: my wife went for a massage, which was on the price list at $185, she was charged $195 instead plus a "mandatory tip" of 20%. When I asked the staff about it, the answer was "it's $10 extra on Sunday". When I commented that, then they should clearly state that on the price list, the attitude was "$10 isn't a big deal, why do you even ask". I mentioned this to reception at check-out and got a reply of "we will tell the spa staff to take greater care of the clients' financial position". At this point I gave the person a dressing down and got an apology. Once again, everything else was great, but this left an unpleasant aftertaste.

My husband and I went to the Omni Rancho Las Palmas for a relaxing overnight stay - and boy did it deliver! Our check-in was smooth (as was our check out). The staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. The facilities - gym, adults-only pool, and bar - were enjoyable. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely be back (hopefully for a longer stay next time).

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The service at this place is just terrible, they have strict and redicuolos rules at the pool you would never think of and if you god forbid break one of them by accident they will bring the whole guard team and throw you out of the pool in front of all the guests in a very embarrassing way. One of the employees made up straight lies about us apearantly since he does not agree with our religion and Maria Gutierrez the hotel manager didn’t even get to the bottom of it and just decided to take his side and work against her customers. They scared my wife and my children with in my opinion their bully methods of handling problems and let us feel like criminals for bringing our own food into the pool area (we only eat kosher food) we took it out of the pool the minute they asked us to, but then one of their servers lied and said we did not talk nicely to him so they took his side and just threw us and our kids out of the pool as if we were criminals that just robbed a bank. They made us leave the hotel a night early and refused to refund us back for the night. WE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OR EVER GO BACK THERE!!!

We stayed here this past 3 day weekend with a large group of 5 different families. We have stayed here multiple times over the years and we always have a great time so we encouraged some of our friends to join us for Father's Day. Each family had kids and I would venture to guess that we all had a good time and spent hours each day at the pools. We keep coming back because our daughters (ages 10 and 6) absolutely love the pools, the lazy river, the sandy beach, and the waterslides. This visit they even added an additional pool that we spent some time at on our last morning. We had a few meals and drinks at the pool area and the wait staff was great and I was very surprised when our server told us it'd be ready in 15 minutes and they had our cheeseburger, chicken sandwich, hot dog, and chicken tender meals out even quicker. They're really on top of things. We drove out from Los Angeles and were able to check in early at around 1 pm. We got a 2nd floor room in building 11 that backed a golf course fairway that was very quiet. It was a quick walk from our room to the pools. There is always plenty of free parking and for a few days I even had my car in a spot in the shade. On our last day checkout was at 11 and we called and had it bumped back to 12 to get an extra hour of swimming. The rooms are big, spacious and comfortable although they do show some age. Our girls used the sofa bed each night and I laughed a bit when we first pulled it out and noticed some cardboard to help give the bed what I'm guessing was stability? They didn't mind so no harm no foul but one of these years I'm hoping to show up and be pleasantly surprised by a remodel! We love the hotel's location, pool, rooms, and vibe. There are always a TON of families here so it's great that ours fit right in. We'll keep coming back.

Fabulous luxury resort! We just got home from a visit to Palm Springs in the very hot month of June. The resort was the perfect desert oasis! Our 13 year old daughter loved the pool, and my husband and I enjoyed the gorgeous mountain views.

Positives and Negatives:: Positives… 1) Most of the staff was friendly and engaging. Negatives… 1) Front desk receptionist were had no desire for personal hygiene/appearance with limited communication skills. 2) Rooms are very outdated with attempted lipstick on a pig fiends for the expense. 3) Main pool was filled with children under the age of 10. If that’s your thing, you’re good. 4) More expensive by far than many similar or better accommodations nearby. I could continue, but simply put, don’t waste your money! Jay C. Adkins, JD
