Service was good and food was certainly acceptable. Everything was delivered to our table at one time which is what you are looking for when you do a dinner family style with 6 people. Pleasant dining room with lots of booths and larger tables...we would go back.

Perhaps the worst Chinese food ever. Something bad has happened at this restart. This is sad. Good location. Nice people. But very bad food

This is a legitimate 3 star restaurant. The menu offers a fairly typical assortment of what we think of as "Chinese" food. Service is ok and ambience is fine. This is not a "high cuisine" place.

Ethan was extremely affable, helpful, and efficient! The wor won ton soup was excellent and the entrees piping hot and delicious. Highly recommend!!!

Enjoyed the place a pretty good amount. Service was fast and very friendly. The food came out nice and warm. The ambiance is pretty cozy on the inside I would have to say.

Seeet and sour chicken is cooked and taste like jalapeños. It’s smothered in a red sauce that doesn’t taste sweet nor sour. Pork fried rice was decent but chunks of pork was tough to chew on. $15 a plate. I felt sick after I finished eating a few bites and threw it all away. Woke up in the middle of the night barfing hence why I’m here writing this msg

We were hoping for good Chinese that was close to home but were sadly disappointed. We tried the dinner for four and all of the dishes were lacking in flavor. Even the sauces were watered down. We won't go there again. The restaurant looked nice in the inside but we picked the food up to go so I can't speak about the ambiance or service. The person who brought our food to the front was dressed in an authentic looking jacket which I found very charming.

My friend and I were seated and waited 20 minutes before they took our drink order.

Went back tonight and was disappointed in food. Must have changed ownership and cooks, Food was terrible. Shrimp fried rice was mushy and shrimp raw. Special orange peel beef had no flavor of orange. Will not be returning it recommending,

Bit of a wait for service and the portions could have been more generous if you compare it to the prices. ? We wanted to love our experience.

Had a delicious meal with my family. Generous portions of authentic Chinese food. A cozy atmosphere to eat in , or great for take out. My go to Chinese restaurant.

I haven't been here since I was a kid and I was happy to be back. The food is very good and always makes you want to try new things. The service is a bit slow, but I believe they are severely understaffed. The restaurant is a bit dark and very relaxing, but a younger person, as myself, I love it and can see fine. I've tried multiple items so far and I haven't been disappointed tbh. Only thing I'd change is making the spicy items a bit more spicy. I felt no spice with the items I ordered. I'll be back Shanghai Inn!
