Great shop. Coffee made quickly and everyone was helpful and friendly. Coffee was made perfectly. A very clean and nice place to sip and enjoy great drinks and delectable treats. Ample handicapped and regular parking spaces are located here.

Its weird to me that she walked away with my card. You charge the card and you hand it back right away I don't understand why she walked away and close the window. That was odd. Now I feel uncomfortable like I need to order a new card.

We come here a lot, and everything is fine but it's an ice box. Make it comfortable for your customers please. I've heard several people come in just today saying the same thing, it doesn't have to be so uncomfortably cold. Thanks

What can you say... Starbucks is Starbucks...the only thing I have a gripe with is their hours. We've been to several where they have their hours and we get there and they're closed or they say they're closed and it's still 20 minutes to closing. Their prices are going up and their star rewards have gone up where you have to use more stars to get free products... Plus they don't have star challenges much anymore ..I spend too much there. Also notice they're not as clean as they used to be... especially outside seating. They need to steam clean their patios... They always seem to be out of a lot of products.... especially what I like

On their app, website, and Google, it said they open at 5 am. I show up at 4:50 I arrive, 2 others outside. We can see 3 people inside. 5 arrives, and they do not open. At 5:15, we call to see if they are going to open, and the person who answered said they are not until 5:30. The three workers look at the people outside and then go in the back, apparently to hide. Nobody outside could wait for them to open. I have never seen such horrible customer service or been flat out lied to. If I could give 0 stars, I would have.
