Cheesecake factory is known for the low light ambience..but..The bathroom was also dim..And well..When u look at the floor boards or siding u could tell it wasn't that clean..That whole place needs an update. Spent Bout 188.00 on food, party of 6 (3 teens my daughter bday) 4 ate and 2 of us did not. I think All Cheesecake Factories should just bring the lighting a lil brighter I'm sure they don't clean that place in low light...or do they?

Made a reservation explaining that I was attempting to do a small gender reveal, had a friend call in and order a cheesecake ahead of time with the gender, and they ended up sending me the reservation notes and ruining the reveal. Called to cancel and staff did not care at all. Ridiculous behavior.

I haven’t been here in a couple of years but my god the prices have gotten insane. Almost $20 for fried calimari appetizer and over $15 for 4 fried Mac and cheese balls. Their featured martini was $16, of course no price listed on menu. Not to mention the Cobb salad that used to be great had vinagerette dressing that had almost zero salt. Absolutely not worth the price anymore. The service was unbelievably slow and the waitress didn’t even ask if we wanted desert.

Phoned April 6 at 4:15 pm requesting a reservation and the female that answered the phone hung up on us. When we phoned back the same female told us that she hung up because they do not accept same day reservations but online you’re able to make a reservation for tonight?Terrible service from a table that was going to come in and spend a few hundred dollars.
This year my family and I chose to celebrate Easter & and a birthday at Cheesecake Factory at the River shopping center in Palm Desert.We were a party of 8 and this was my first time getting to experience brunch at this location and it was extremely disappointing… The lack of communication and attentiveness from the server to the multiple errors on our food orders that came from the kitchen caused us to eat at separate times. We had minor modifications due to health concerns and ended up having to stay there much longer for them to attempt to make the food correctly… a few dishes still did not manage come out as needed… I was in disbelief of the amount of issues that occurred not to mention the inedible materials in a food dish that cut the mouth of a family member!! We got a manager involved for that item, but after 3 1/2 hours we were finally getting our bill but still having to wait extra time that caused us to miss a showtime we planned to watch at the walking distance movie theatre!I’m sorry if the restaurant was experiencing a bad service day due to lack of staff or a result of other reasons, but what we experienced was uncalled for and could have been handled in a much better manner.

Ok I have to say our server Jason is not only kind and helpful but he is FUNNY. He’s the reason I came to review. Also while I’m on here is there any chance that cheesecake factory is going to release vegan or dairy-free cheesecake? I will definitely give you my money if you come out with that!

Two seniors went for a late lunch today and the service was so outstanding and friendly from Lorraine and 5 other staff we had interaction with i feel compelled to give them public complements. Cream of chicken soup was outstanding and the fish tacos don’t fall apart all down your front. What a pleasant experience!
