The Edge Steakhouse was recommended to us by family and we weren't disappointed. The service was excellent (ask for a table with Andrea) and the food was prepared exactly to our liking. The view from our table was good but we recommend getting there early enough to be seated by a window to view the Coachella Valley at sunset. Highly recommend the Edge Steakhouse; you won't be disappointed.

Everything about this place was amazing! My boyfriend and I went to celebrate our 3 year anniversary and we enjoyed every minute of it. The food was so delicious, we can't stop talking about it! Alfonso made sure to make our night special and we really appreciate it.

We had looked forward to the edge for three years. Very disappointed in the general service, culinary skills, and ambience. This is a very high priced restaurant with medium level culinary expertise, and skill sets. Fabulous setting but disappointing dining experience.

The edge has a fantastic view and ambiance. Cocktails were not very good, food was okay, but at the price charged we expected significantly better quality. Service was poor. We had a reservation but had to wait 15+ minutes to get seated. Table service was confusing, and mixed. Heaters didn't work.

The edge steakhouse is an amazing environment with the best of you in town. We sampled several things on the menu two appetizers, two salads, two entrées, and dessert. We agree that the food was good, not great. The service was extremely professional, maybe just a little bit slow.

Wonderful dinner and impeccable service. No rush at any time, attentive without being obnoxious, and the staff was so warm and welcoming. Thoroughly enjoyed it and not having to leave the property for an amazing dinner just added to the overall experience.

Excellent formal service of a very poor menu. The menu is very small and unappealing. Everything ordered other than the $310 tomahawk steak was inedible, including the amuse buche. Steak was properly seasoned and cooked as requested. Mac and cheese was unidentifiable globs in a tasteless white milk-like pool covered with a thick, seemingly raw layer of what might have been bread crumbs. Miniscule caesar salad had no taste other than the fine anchovy on top. Cocktails were listed on menu as $16 but charged $21 on the tab. To his credit, the manager came over to apologize for the food and the billing compensating for a round of drinks and the mac. They did recognize our celebration with a lovely blueberry mousse. The bread, if you ask for it, is unique and very satisfying. An expensive and ultimately disappointing evening at what pre-Marriott, was an extraordinary hotel.

we came to the Ritz Carlton for our anniversary and dinner at The Edge. everything from start to finish was excellent. service was exceptional and the food was delicious. We shared the Wedge Salad, Scallops and a couple of side dishes. plenty of food for us.

This place is way overpriced! $200 for a 10oz aged ribeye. I mean, that's just over the top. Drinks were $24 each, appetizers $20 min. This is located in the Ritz Carlton, so that should tell you something. I suppose one in a while is ok but I definitely will not make this a top choice. Service was nice though.

They did a bait and switch on the wine which turned out to be over double what I ordered. Salad did not have all ingredients listed on menu and was not very good. Steaks came and they were raw and not medium rare. Way, way overpriced.

The food was excellent but very expensive. Our waiter, Roberto, was very knowledgeable about everything on the menu and gave us good recommendations. For a special evening out and for spectacular view, I would recommend this restaurant.

Went for a birthday dinner, ordered the 32 ounce tomahawk steak at over $300. The state had to be sent back as it was overcooked when it arrived. When we called the server over, he immediately admitted he had seen that the stake was over, so I'm wondering why it was served in the first place. Friendly service, but perhaps overly friendly, the cocktails were good, and wine selection was decent. The appetizers were delicious.

Beautiful setting that you pay a premium with good service. Don't bother with the ridiculously priced steaks. Not memorable in any way. Highlights for us were the Scallops and Edge Manhattan. Wild Mushroom and Duck Fat Fries were tasty. Risotto Carbonara is decent.

This was our best dining experience yet in the Palm Springs area. Our server, Chad, was amazing. Attentive, but attuned to our wanting a paced meal without a rush. God was perfectly prepared. We will return here. Dined outside. Views were incredible. The whole package!

Extremely loud restaurant. The Caesar salad has almost no flavor and could not tell if any Parmesan cheese was in it or not. The waiter was rushed and grabbed my unfinished drink before I had a chance to stop him. He brought back another but that was the way the evening went. I will say the meats were excellent with flavor and cooked to perfection. All in all this place is not worth the price and for a Ritz experience it is disappointing. Go to the Fare instead.
