Been twice now, and would definitely come back again. My grandma is a prime rib lover and they have the best in town. My filet was cooked perfectly and seasoned really well also. Shrimp cocktail is great, biggest shrimp I’ve ever seen! The Cesar salad and escargot were just fine and we liked the creamed spinach, sautéed asparagus, and twice baked potato pretty well. We sat out kind of on the casino floor with views of the slot machines, next time I might ask for a table in back instead. Service was nice, felt well taken care of.Parking: Free valet

Twice we had to return our (appetizer and a side) to be reheated. It took a little while to do this and it was not a smooth process. Our server was great and tried her best, but...

Our hosts were Luis and Isaiah and they were simply wonderful and very attentive. Got a surprise treat from the chef. Food was delicious! Was our first time attending this restaurant and we have already picked out our next meal for the next visit. Highly recommend if you're looking for an upscale place to enjoy.

This was at least the 3rd time I've ordered my steak medium-rare and received it medium-well. So they take the steak back and redo it, which means waiting again and your other dishes you just have to eat without the steak so they do not get cold.

We had an amazing and memorable dinner on Saturday night before hitting the tables. Everything was superb, from the food, the drinks, and the service. They made me a top level old fashioned. Shoutout to Andrew who, provided service above and beyond, and made the dinner experience that much more enjoyable. Looking forward to coming back when in the area or staying at the hotel.

We celebrated my birthday on 5/1/24, I had the bone in filet mignon and my husband had the porterhouse. We had red baby potatoes and asparagus, oysters and ceviche. Everything was delicious ?, amazing food and service. From drinks to desserts, butter cake and pistachio cake, little extras from the Chef, everything was perfect! It's dark, romantic, casual dine in or dress up but reservations are needed. We will be back to try the seafood tower and we can't wait.

One of my favorite steakhouses! The wait staff is top notch. The food is fresh and classic presentation. There isn't anything that I have wanted that they weren't able to do better than I expected. Love to dress for the occasion of a classy delicious meal/evening. Well done!!!

We ordered steak medium rare. It came medium well. We ordered salmon well done and it came with a gelatinous center. The server dropped a dirty fork on one of us. A dirty knife on another. We ordered dessert and one of the plates was unwashed. The ambiance was nice and the price was expensive. I expected an exceptional meal and experience. We did not get that. It was an average experience with many errors for an expensive meal.

Well I was excited to go to this casino .. it was ok but was really shocked that when we went to the steakhouse at 915 to get something to eat the young girl at the podium told us that she couldn’t seat us because they closed at 10 ? Excuse me but ??? So we left immediately went and ate somewhere else and wont be back . BTW why would the places to eat at a casino shut down so early ? All the casinos near our home in Fallbrook Pala and Pechanga.. Valley View and Pauma mostly open all day and night .. very odd

First off, went here for a birthday celebration which started in Pivat Cigar Lounge. In that lounge, we ordered the "smokey" old fashioned. It was awful! An old fashioned is one of the simplest drinks to make but you can't make it decently when you are free pouring simple syrup into it. Just terrible.Steakhouse? Well, some good and some bad. Good - Frito Misto tempura was a mostly good appetizer and plenty for 2 (or more) to share; New York steak was good and the T-bone also (both were huge and 2 people could easily share one of them), creamed corn good, broccolini was ok, Moet Champagne was good but extremely expensive.Bad - every dish we had was overly salted and heavily salted, the T-bone was almost inedible there was so much salt. The Frito Misto was missing some of its elements like the squash blossom, etc. The broccolini was undercooked and almost raw. PLEASE - leave out the salt and let your guests salt things themselves!Disappointed in the "birthday" dessert served to my husband which was a little cake (nice) simply tossed on a plate! No "Happy Birthday" written on the plate or anything. We were seated at the back of the restaurant by all of the servers who stand around - so I wouldn't want that again. Would not go here again.

Amazing dinner. We both had the prime rib and it was cooked to perfection. We ordered the cream spinach the twice baked potato as our sides. Both were very delicious but the potato was so small for the price. They should have given at least 2 halves.

So my mother and I were visiting the casino for the Ron White show and, well aware that it would be busy, I figured I’d try to call on the way to the casino from La Quinta to see if I couldn’t sneak in a last min reservation. I could not, but the v nice operator told me that while the bar was busy it would be first come, first serve and she offered to connect me directly to the restaurant to see if I couldn’t talk with them myself. A rather stern and likely stressed out hostess told me, “No, no spots. No room for a reservation but the bar is first come, first served. You can try that.”Soooo, we park, and we walk in, past the hostess openly in front of ant least 4 different staff memberships, and into the bar where we find an empty chair next to two gentleman and then another two empty chairs on the other side of the bar. I point out the two to my mom, again, in front of several staff standing right next to me. The gentleman sitting by the empty chair on its own told us he was leaving and we could have his chair. So my mom sits down and we speak with the gentleman for a minute. After, I went to ask the hostess where the restroom was and she directed me. I go, and when I return, my mom standing outside by the hostess…they had booted her from the bar! I ask what she is doing out there and the staff had told her to leave because there was a waitlist for the bar and it had been building since the restaurant open. Mind you I had just called 15 min. Before and everyone I spoke too, kept encouraging for us to go to the bar. Not one peep about a waitlist and there were 3 empty seats.I explained to the hostess that I had just spoken to someone there and she told me, “No, I had spoken to a resort operator.” I told her again, “Yes I spoke to an operator who directed me straight to the restaurant and I spoke to someone there who told me to go for the bar.” She said, “well you probably spoke to someone at the Palm Desert location.” And AGAIN, I said, “No, the operator specifically asked me which location, Palm Desert or Rancho Mirage?” Then the hostess tried another excuse, “Well, you can’t only have one seat; they won’t serve you unless you are both seated.” And again, I told her, “well the gentleman sitting at next to the empty chair just told me we could have it.” Finally she stopped trying to give excuses and said, “well I can’t do it. I can seat you in an hour.” Mind you, we had mentioned we were seeing the show in less than that time, so she was offering us something she knew we couldn’t take.” THEN a gentleman came over and started with, “Well, you probably just spoke to an operator, not the restaurant…” I was done. We left and I just said what terrible service.I’ve worked in restaurants as a runner, a server, a bartender, a hostess,…and in LA where people can be v rude. If we told someone bad information and they had a seat, I would never embarrass a party, particularly a mother and daughter by making them leave there seats without offering something else. So rude. Hopefully you have a better experience. I’ll never forget it. So rude and upsetting.

It's expensive, but it's worth every penny the food is wonderful and the service was great highly recommend it. You can have a couple of drinks and order a couple of appetizers and then see a great show there at the casino
