Fantastic! Excellent food - we got the breakfast burrito which had a great ratio of everything in it and the croissant breakfast sandwich which was also delicious. We called in our order 10min out, super sweet on the phone and in person. Place is clean and it's an excellent stop on our way to Kirkwood. Will definitely be back.

One of my favorite breakfast/brunch spots.. to start, the family who runs this business are AMAZING folks. My wife & I couldn't be happier to support. The LBC sandwich & pancakes are our go too's, but honestly you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Whether you're looking to kick your feet up on a Sunday morning, or grabbing food for a roadtrip, the local bean is your SPOT!! 10/10 recommend.

Cute place and great great food and coffee. Went here and got a vegetable breakfast sandwich and it was so very tasty. Mother had gotten a coffee and said she liked it. Staff were also nice and so friendly, would come again, great place.

Great ambiance. Love the food options. Good for breakfast and lunch. Nice outdoor patio and dog friendly. Only suggestion: Would be nice to have a gluten free pastry option.

I've been here in the past, about 2-3yrs ago, and we were not impressed. While the food wasn't bad, the service was poor, wait times were high and there was never anywhere to sit and eat as a family. It felt like a grab n go place and wasn't very welcoming. I was coerced by a friend to give it another try since it was under new management and I was pleasantly surprised. The menu is still basically the same, but the service is much better, wait times are lower, and they've added more tables and chairs. It still isn't the breakfast diner our town wants/needs, but it's much more enjoyable to go grab breakfast here now.

First time coming in since they announced it was under new management. I ordered over the phone and waited 10 minutes before leaving my house. I ended up waiting about 15-20 minutes at the restaurant for my order to be ready. The people handling the food don’t wear gloves but touch everything. Most likely won’t be coming back.
