Ordered fried rice, Moo goo gui pan & house special pan fried noodles with gravy. Fried rice was ok but the other dishes I couldn't eat had way too much garlic. Brought it home going to make my own brown sauce and rinse the dishes to try & get rid of the strong garlic taste. Will use ingredients to make egg foo young or something. If u want good Chinese I recommend "Golden Pheasant" on Carson. Everything there is delicious & worth the drive. Don't waste ur money eating here.

Lucky Star is not your high end Chinese food. But they have a great lunch special that's very inexpensive and they give you lots of food with it. You can't beat it.
They’re open for dine in service! Ohh all the dishes we’ve had here are delicious! Good Cantonese Cuisine can be found at Lucky Star Restaurant.

Tried to place an order at the restaurant. They block the entrance with broken plexi-glass and a table but no one comes to the front to take orders. Waited 5 minutes at the door, even tried tapping the window. Looking inside it looks dirty and run down. Kind of glad I didn’t get food from there now.

We Order dinner last night some Mongolian beef and some fried dumplings the food was awful awful never again !!
I should have known after last time when "two minutes" turned into 45. Late again today, just like every other time. They always have the food way later than they promise. Just tell me when you really think it will be ready, and not what you want me to hear. Not OK to tell me two minutes, then get two orders out before mine, after 20 minutes waiting beyond the original time that you told me to be there. And then to cry that you only have one chef. Suggestion to pick up customers: don't pay until your food is on the pick up table. That way you can walk.

This Chinese food place doesn't miss! I've been going here since I moved in the area. There hasn't been a dish that I have tried that I didn't like. They get all the classics right like orange chicken, beef broccoli, and chow mein. I would also recommend trying the beef chow fun and the pork chops. At this point the already knows my order by heart! It's kinda embarrassing but it's also great customer service. I highly recommend this place.
