I ordered a steak and cheese, they make it in the back so I couldn't see it made. they wrapped it so I couldn't see it before I came home. I opened it and it's soggy wet I'm not sure what all this is from. I'm going back and getting a refund. Don't waste your time here! Check out the photos! What dish not to get! Steak and cheese! Disgusting! Wasn't worth the time, get a sub from Walmart!

I usually have a good experience at this location except for tonight, 11/22/23 around 7pm (being specific so management can narrow it down to who I’m referencing) The guy who made my sandwich tonight was very rude, rushed me when ordering and had an overall bad attitude at with me checkout. No one appreciates dealing with a punk when ordering food. Do better than that. I’m surprised I gave a tip, buddy really didn’t deserve it.

God forbid you change anything on the sandwich. Ask for extra peppers on your Philly and you get MUSTARD. And not just a dash of it, but soaking the ENTIRE SANDWICH. What a joke.

I think jersey mikes is one of my favorite sub places if not my favorite! All of the people that work here are always kind, the manager that I have met is very kind, and the food is always nice! With all that said I do wish I could remember this location exists, because I always seem to autopilot to the foothill location instead. Other then that, great place!

I placed an online order for 4 sandwiches, two of which had extra notes. One was to add banana pepper and the other was to make my giant club sandwich half mikes way and the other half with only lettuce and tomatoes. When I went to pick up my order I made sure to ask if the sandwiches were made correctly and was told that they always read the special notes for each sandwich. So I went home and what do you know, the two sandwiches were made incorrectly. No banana peppers and my giant only had lettuce and tomatoes. If you are going to order online and have any special requests, make sure you unwrap your sandwich and check it before you leave. What is the point of a special request section if they are not even going to read it?!

Massive sandwich with fresh deli meat and toppings. A regular size would be enough to feed a village. Pro tip- no oil and vinegar if you're not wanting to make a mess of yourself. Or May have leftovers - if won't taste as good.

My office ordered 11 sandwiches for staff and they messed the entire order up. We had to drive back 2 times to get them corrected and 2 were missing entirely. I told my boss if she orders from here again I'm going to quit. They only make sandwiches. How do you mess up the only thing you make. And these weren't special orders. They were straight from thewnu list. 3 trips by staff to them to get the missing sandwiches.

Had the worst experience in all my years of going to Jersey Mike's on Sunday evening. Ordered my typical Giant that my wife and I share, got home and the white bread loaf was as hard as a rock. My wife made a great comment and said that the sandwich maker should have noticed when cutting the loaf in half that it was STALE and HARD.

The store was very busy, and the line was going out the door. Staff was very kind and caring. The team member with the dark long hair (they had an alt look) managing mobile orders was super sweet and apologetic for the delay. Even when the store is busy I always have a positive experience.
