Ya not great, waited out front at the window prob 5 min no one even bothered to acknowledge me and my daughter. I saw at least 4 working this was Sunday around 11am. Gave the order ,,, after we got our sandwiches home one was wrong, look at your order carefully before walking / driving away. Of course I tipped and the sandwich order was wrong, super irritating

If you are a person of color go to literally any other starbucks. I was treated very rudely and just accused of lowkey trying to steal drinks when I literally just ordered at the register. It's sheltered OC so the racism is expected. I hope people can do better in the future.

I never go to Starbucks anymore because their coffee is not the best and their service is horrendous. Tried this new location as I was on the way to the airport....big mistake. The girl that helped me, curly blonde hair was miserable. Didn't say hello and acted annoyed that I was bothering her. Proceeded to get me coffee without saying a single word. My first time was my last time....never again.

This Starbucks has happier friendlier service than most you will go to. They will accurately get your your hot coffee or Latte fast and accurate. Good location in Orange County, California.Also very clean which I appreciate. Not too busy usually so you can relax inside in a cozy environment.

I've come to this location a couple of times and the times that Ivy has worked she has a bad attitude and short remarks. I understand it's a stressful job but her attitude has been bad multiple times

Maybe the crew is having an off day, but I literally stood there for several minutes while six staff walked around no one said hello or happy new year or be right with you. Typically I'm not even this guy but I needed a pick me up to along with my pick me up if caffeine. Maybe next Starbucks

I wanted to put in a word for the associate named Kai, doing a Uber eats order for a customer he was so very kind to tell me how long the customers drink has been sitting out because no other drivers came to pick it up, he was so awesome to just take the order and remake it for the customer. VeryNice associate. Definitely should be getting a raise, he goes out of his way to help you. we need more people like Kai I don't think I've ever had this experience at a Starbucks, that really left an impression on me. Thank you so much Kai
