I'm not a huge fan of Taco Bell...but needed a quick bite before going back to work at lunchtime. First it took them a few minutes to be ready to take my order (only 2 cars in the drive thru in front of me) and then they gave me the incorrect order...I ordered a Burrito meal and got cold chicken soft tacos. And when I tried to call them...there phone line was busy. Who is calling Taco Bell...I guess other Customers who didn't get their order correct either??If we are paying $20 MININUM WAGE...we should be getting way better service and quality of food. I can't believe I used to work fast food as a teenager, for $6/hr and I performed 10X better than the folks we have working now...it's a disgrace!!Everyone can and should do better!! Not for monetary reasons...but because doing the job right, the first time, will create better business and personal success for everyone! What is this world coming to? And we still have homeless and uneducated people in this world...are you kidding me?? ?‍♂️

Yo Quiero Taco BellMuy Bueno! You guessed it, it’s Taco Tuesday at Taco Bell. Located at 28532 Oso Parkway, Rancho Santa Margarita, 92688, this Mexican fast food chain restaurant was founded by Glen Bell in Downey California; during the year of 1962. Before Taco Bell, Glen Bell was not well known as he is today. Taco Bell transformed his life like no other bringing success and happiness to his family and those around him. I have been eating at this Taco Bell restaurant for as long as I can remember. Over the years I have tried more than half of their menu throughout my family. This location offers both drive thru and dine-in hours, along with indoor and outdoor seating; drive thru hours consist of Sunday to Fridays from 7am to 12 am. Drive through is open on Saturdays from 7am to 1am. Dining hours include Saunday to Saturdays from 7am to 10pm. Parking is never a struggle due to the vast lot of available parking. You will often see teens and students getting their taco cravings fixed at Taco Bell which is well known for their different types of crispy tacos. It is a very family style restaurant with something for everyone, they offer quick and genuine service with a smile.Taco Bell has been distinguished as “americanized” mexican fast food that tingles your senses in every way possible. When you step foot into the restaurant your senses are immediately alerted by the delicious, mouthwatering smells of spicy sauces and cheesy goodness. At Taco Bell there are a variety of exquisite burritos that can be enjoyed at Taco Bell such as the “Burrito Supreme” and “Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito” with prices ranging from two to four dollars. You can crunch into a crispy, yet still soft and cheesy chalupa for four to five dollars. I recently tried the “Supreme Chalupa” and oh my goodness- it was a cheesy, gooey, and delicious heaven. If you aren’t as extravagant of an eater you can play it safe with “Chips and Cheese” for just two dollars. I have ordered “Chips and Cheese” for as long as I can remember and it has not once failed to satisfy with its delicious blend of cheeses and spices. When I divulge into the bright purple and gold building my senses are immediately alerted by the hot sauce and cheesy smells. I can hear the crunch of the perfectly crisp taco and smell the blend of spices. Their most popular item is a taco combo consisting of two tacos, a side, and a drink. If you get this, the whole room WILL hear you unwrap your taco and squeeze your hot sauce with every bite you take. I can see flames spewing out of people who have met their match with the “Diablo” hot sauce.Taco Bell has a very popular “Cravings” and “Value” menu which includes specially curated combo boxes for you and your group. Taco Bell offers specialty drinks on their menu such as the “Baja Blast” or the “Wild Strawberry Freeze”. Taco Bell offers 4 different levels of hot in their sauces:Mild, Hot, Fire and my personal favorite, Diablo. These sauces are so mouthwatering (literally could have your mouth watering) and unique. You can find them in packets in stores or sometimes at your local grocery store (only “Hot” and “Fire”). Taco Bell has a unique recipe for their hot sauce, taco seasoning, tortilla chips and nacho cheese sauce. The tortilla chips are handmade and hand tossed sprinkled with just the right amount of salt and maybe even a hint of lime. Taco Bell offers lots of parking and seating options. Customers can sit in a cushioned booth, hightop, low top and even patio seating. Employees serve you with a smile and never fail to satisfy your cravings. Uniforms for employees consist of a T-shirt, apron and hat (hairnets if needed). Next time you catch yourself asking, “Yo quiero Taco Bell?” like their old, viral commercial, remember to “Live Más” as Taco Bell always says…Vegetarian options: Meat substituteParking: Lots of free parking in lotKid-friendliness: This location has a very family friendly vibe.

I ordered my food...it was not good....it took too long for me to get my food...the workers were mean... when I told them I had a butt rash they didn't care... Anyway, I got my food and after I ate it, I had to go to the bathroom... I am so sorry to the Taco Bell employees and the janitor that has to clean that because I did a massive, Dookie, and it's smelly in there. I went number two and number one and I farted and I pooped at the same time. It was a mesmerizing paralyzing tragic little thrill on my booty... I would not recommend... I am resilient, I am bold, I am confident... Be safe out there mamas Remember to protect your kids from ever going to this Taco Bell and using the bathroom because I think my Duckie still has a slight scent on the toilet and the toilet was stained. Anyway, I am resilient I am bold, I am confident Adrien the fragranceGo watch miraculous ladybug today Happy Thanksgiving, Mommys goodbye

OMG! I should have read the reviews on this place sooner! I don't know what's going on this place but it is mismanaged terribly. How could you possibly mess up a two item order through the drive thru? A combo burrito and a taco is all I needed and I got a chicken soft taco and something I couldn't even recognize. I opened the wrap and couldn't figure out the contents because I couldn't find the meat. Nothing more frustrating than taking your order home and finding it is all screwed up. I ate the contents because I was hungry and both were terrible. No hot sauce either...I guess they are skimping. Anyways buyer beware because there are a ton of "1" scores at this location.

Sometimes you have it and sometimes you don't. It's frustrating to order and pay for supreme items, but not receive them. But, of course, you don't know that in the drive-thru. You only learn you've been screwed once you get home. Please, pay attention.

Kids are parking motorcycles in the restaurant, staff is allowing it to happen. Also, I ordered and paid for extra meat in my tacos, that didn't happen, they're quite "light" and sauces ordered were not in bag.

Best Taco Bell in the OC and best drive thru service. Get the Vegi pizza. It's the bomb. Heathy and delicious. A great vegetarian option.
