We stopped at this place on our way to Redding. The staff was super courteous and polite. They did forget our chicken order for some miscommunication but made it up with a free lemon meringue pie!We were hungry and tired and the steak, rice and veggies touched the soul!

I had a pie shake for the first time and it was amazingly awesome. I suggest that if you have on you should have coconut cream pie with vanilla ice cream. I am not a fan but went because family wanted to eat here. 2 of us Ordered a French Dip because, usually, you can't go wrong with this food item. Unfortunately it was tasteless, bland and cheap ingredients. Fries were old and greasy and cold. Like everyone else, it seems they are cutting corners to save money. ?
First time to Shari's, and I wouldn't recommend it. My husband ordered a side of onion rings, and we were brought and charged for the appetizer. I ordered a chicken avocado bacon sandwich and requested both the chicken and the bacon well done. The chicken was very good but the bacon was not. I also requested lite mayo. The mayo was thick on my sandwich. Our waters were not refilled until we were nearly ready to leave. Not a great experience.

My husband and I stopped by Shari's en route to Roseville California. We were greeted by a welcoming wait person, cheery. We ordered 2 pieces of pie abd cups of tea. The pie was wonderful and the tea was calming. I will stop at Shari's again the next time I am driving on I 5.

First of all, service has gotten terrible a third time in a row. I have not gotten any refills on my drinks. Tonight, it was over 45 minutes to get our food, and when it came, it was awful. The portions were ridiculous. About a tablespoon of mashed potatoes, the smallest piece of chicken breast I've ever seen. The worst part was that the chicken was so overcooked that we could barely cut it, let alone chew it. The waitress did offer to have them remake it, but we were not going to sit there another 45 minutes. Then she never even came back. So we paid over $40 for rolls and a salad because that's all we could eat. It's sad because this place used to be great.

I am really disappointed in this visit. We were sat down at a table and then ignored for over half an hour. Our waitress was nice but how do you not notice a table for that long? It wasn't pack either. This was one of my go tos for after work dinner with the family. Food came quick was ok. Pie was great.
