Wanted a quick bite, from out of town and staying next door. Ordered a whopper jr with mustard, mayo, and pickles and an order of onion rings through the drive thru. Was asked to park, nobody in the drive thru. Waited 5 minutes, didn’t check order, went back to room and no pickles on my burger. For the high prices we are paying and the time they needed to prepare my order, I’d expect it to be right. Disappointed.Parking: Drive thru is very narrow, use caution.

Tried to charge me ~4 dollars to add bacon and cheese to a Whopper Jr. Meal that costs 6 dollars. I shouldn't be paying almost twice the cost of my meal just because I wanted to add condiments.

I was in drive through, I'm disabled and didn't have my walker with me. So getting out wasn't an option . Ordered two shakes, was handed a shake as thin as milk. I told her I didn't want it. Her response was, sorry our ice cream is really soft.Again I told her to take it, that I didn't want to waste my money on something that is unenjoyable. Her response was the same, sorry the ice cream is soft. At the time I ordered it, I should been told that it was inedible.I go talk to the manager the following day. She said I'm really sorry that happened, and yeah the ice cream was really soft. I looked at her for a minute and she just looked at the.WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I would of never allowed a customer to experience what happened to me.Not once did she say, here let me give you a new shake. Nothing . Or better yet, let me get you a refund.

So we received those fast food coupons in our mail and Burger King was one of them. As long as you go inside you are able to use more than one coupon. My only thing that bothered me was the fries were not fresh and and were cold.

Only 3 stars because I'm in the middle about this BK.It's a convenient location for me because I'm back and forth by it all day. They are a smaller location attached to a gas mart so you do get the benefits of both places in one stop.Another upside is not too many other customers come to this location so, your usually I'm and out of there fairly quickly.//This next one can be considered a pro as well as a con//They have started and are continuing to develop the area around this location so your in walking distance of some major bigbox stores but at same time it's now congested because of said stores. Now, with the added feature of a roundabout (THAT AMERICANS DONT KNOW HOW TO USE) that only adds to the frustrations of entering and exiting from here.Getting into the real cons now.This location is limited on what they can give you not because they can't make all the menu items but for the simple fact that because of their storage capacity and with a developing area they're having to serve more and more customers which relates to dwindling supplies on hand. So occasionally they will run out of a lot of items.Having said this I believe the only other con I can actually place on this restaurant is the "other operational use" of it's location.The BK/Chevron property is a elongated stretch of land that starts almost at the freeway entrance and ends at the roundabout/intersection. It's paved property is almost equal to its overall land size. So one half of it's parking lot is the empty side closest to I-5 entrance. So.....The fact that Shasta County Sheriff's office is only just down the road, this zone is still part of City of Redding Police District, the double bonus of having a CHP Station just a few exits North and the fact of direct access to the Freeway right there only makes this area a huge spot for Law Enforcement Presence. Some might consider this a positive and their opinion is valued but in my view, it's too much. (I won't get into policing and etc today)But you have the casino in close proximity and there is talks and plans to move the casino to the location just behind where this BK and the Hilton are currently located (wasn't sure if this is or will be a pro or con so it was left to the end)
