The food was alright, not as good as it used to be. The staff and atmosphere was very rude and uncomfortable because I am a homeless disabled customer that bought something and I had to use the bathroom, so I heard staff literally say they are now going to change the code because a homeless person used it so they can't use it anymore. They said they will change it daily to prevent homeless from using it. I was a PAID customer, and they gave me that much of a hard time about having to pee. It makes me not want to be a customer there anymore. I was a customer for years. Redding should be ashamed of themselves. It wasn't this heartless to homeless when I was younger. Why do homeless people not deserve to use bathrooms even if they are a customer? Then I was told I can't leave my ozark cart with all my personal belongings inside. I have to take it outside right after buying something I was told this. So I couldn't even sit inside and enjoy my meal because I had to go outside with my cart. I've seen baby's in those same carts before the same one, and they were never told to be outside? It is discrimination absolutely horrible town to be homeless in and try to enjoy a paid meal or bathroom in.

STUPID MONKEY
Well went through the drive thru Emma was cashier trust me I know it can be a stressful job but this lady had no happiness to her tonight I love carls Jr and loved working there as well but we had to correct the drive thru lady on the drink size and she questioned us saying did you order a large and then took the drink back thru the window which is something else your not supposed to do and forgot the sauces that I had asked for for my crisscuts.. working a 16 hour shift and this kinda set me off a little bit then posed as a manager when I called to get it fixed up. The morning crew has it together not so much with the late-night though definitely worth looking into because this lady managed to kill one of my favorite burger places
